"I lived here for 2 years and eventually had to move: 1 - Chronically broken security gates that led to several break ins, including my own car 2- overpiling trash chutes that led to rodents in the community 3- summertime ants a constant flow of ants from the outside despite several treatments 4- twice the unit above me had a flood that impacted my unit and when I asked management about it, they brought a fan and called it settled 5 - My rent started at 1700 for the first year, jumped to 1950 the second year, third year I was quoted 2200. Call me crazy, but I think it is absolutely absurd. 6 - people do NOT curb their dogs in this neighborhood. My dog had two occasions of a bad stomach condition that I can only assume he contracted something from the neighborhood since that's the only place he spends his time The community greatly changed, I think the turn came in fall 2022. The only saving grace in the community is the dedication and friendliness of the maintenance staff and my lovely neighbors, who I was sad to leave."

"This review is completely due to the negligence of the corporate office and is not a reflection on the great staff that works at the property. I would love to shout out Leo for being exceptional at his job and also fostering relationships with the tenants. He is the best. With that being said, do not move here unless you want to live in constant anxiety. People drive so fast in this neighborhood, and the gates are perpetually broken. Speaking of broken, this property is notorious for cars getting broken into. The other month fifty or so cars were smashed, stolen, or put on cinder blocks. What is the logical thing to do when this happens? Put up cameras and/or have security. Well MAA decided to put up a camera at the dumpster to stop people from dumping furniture, but did not put up cameras to prevent their tenants’ personal property from being broken into. Funny. As for the security? Let’s hire one third-party guard to drive around an almost 800 unit property and then cut them because the cost was too much. The decision making from MAA’s corporate office shows a lack of regard for their tenants and seems to only serve the purpose of making their income statements look better. They leave us out to dry after we give them $2200 a month for rent."

"Over the past year, the condition of the property has deteriorated rapidly. The open-top container near building 1500 was consistently overflowing with garbage and was only removed months after repeatedly raising this issue with management. Currently, the garbage compactor does not appear to be functioning at all, resulting in unsanitary conditions. There has been a spill of white paint covering half of the roads on the property for several weeks, and it has yet to be cleaned up. The gates never work for more than a week, and management consistently provides the same excuse - waiting on a part. Security is a significant concern here, as multiple vehicles near buildings 100, 400, 800, and 1700 have been vandalized. The management consistently comes up with excuses and fails to fulfill their responsibilities."

"Arielle is super nice, professional, and patient with all of the questions I and my friend have. She probably is one of the reasons my friend finally chose here. Several bus lines are within 1 min walking near here. You might get discounts on the first month for certain units. I love their gas stove, nice pools, and nice neighbors living there. Maintenance guys are also very hardworking on finishing the renovation of the unit that my friend picked."

"We’ve lived at MAA for a couple of years and have thoroughly enjoyed them so far. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are kept beautifully. Like all apts things break but the maintenance crew is very respectful and responsive. We love the amenities here and recommend MAA to anyone looking for the apt life."
