"I enjoyed my time there. Decent place overall. Had a great rapport with Keri. Management needs to be careful in what they allow tenants to get away with though!. For instance at the front, there is a unit where tenants hang what appears to be drapes or shower curtains to block out the sun from their patio. Very Ghetto in my opinion! Outside of that make sure to do proper inspections and take pictures. I lived there for 1 year and 7mths, and I was coming out of town, had my son pick up the keys for me, so no proper hand over inspection was done. The stove in the unit I received was the same stove from the previous renter. It had a white ring around the main burner, however, burner works just fine. Never thought anything about it. There was other little flaws and when I spoke to the manager at the time she said they were fine, so I considered it normal wear and tear. My mistake was not taking pictures of the stove and documenting it at the office. I requested an exit inspection which was recommended, however, no one showed up. When I received the final bill I am being charged for a stove top. I requested an investigation to review previous pictures from previous hand over and management stated they don't have any pictures of the stove which means the stove was fine. I received a used stove top and now they are trying to bill me for a brand new one, which still works but Aesthetically has a burnt out look!"

She even provided me with restaurant suggestions since I’ll be new to the area. I’m excited about my move to LaGrange and living at this property soon."
