"Great place for the price. Everyone I've encountered at front desk has been kind and helpful as well as the housekeepers. Management seems to really take to heart previous reviews to update the motel where needed. 100% worth a second chance if you stayed here in the past."

"To the owners Sam or Dev-To one heck of an employee that works over the Front Desk Mrs Stacey, and to Mrs Christy in Housekeeping and Will In maintenance…. You guys are greatly appreciated and should be acknowledged for going above and beyond to make sure my family and from what I saw anyone else was taken care of to the best of your abilities. You guys pulled together as a team and surprised me and made what we all know as some “hiccups” go away. -thanks so much If anyone is looking for a very reasonable rate on a room or kitchenette suite this place is worth checking out, they are nice rooms and at a convenient location. The hotel rooms(not suites with kitchenette’s ) have some that look out onto a mini courtyard. I saw this today and it’s so pretty. Summertime is probably very nice when pool opens. It’s been quiet. It’s worth checking out It’s not everyday you find a team that come together the way Stacey Mrs Christy and Will did. These guys will see to it that Sam or Devs guest are taken care of. With that said they needed recognition for how awesome they are. We complain and give negative reviews about a business when the employee or some employees are the problem and if brought to the attention of the right person not the world, problem could be worked on and no names damaged. (Repeat issues reflects owners for sure) but let’s compliment more and criticize less. If in town go stay with this crew. They were better at their job than any 4/5star hotel employee could have been. Human Resources background (I didn’t share with them) gives an insight on different strengths and personalities and weaknesses. Strength and teamwork togetherness when there was a problem needing resolved…that was reflected and they were game changers for us. They are keepers and great examples of what should be in their field! Impressed and grateful. Thanks again y’all"

"The bathroom is disgusting!!!! Smells like mold looks like mold and the check in process was horrible Motel 6 headquarters and Troup County Health Department need to come reevaluate these rooms DO NOT STAY Here!!!! I immediately asked for another room and was told they are booked then they found another room it was better but not by much still dirty bathroom still moldy water coming from under toilet had to keep towels and constantly mop!!! Here are the pictures not to mention they ran out of toilet paper towels and linens asked for more they said they weren’t available then when asked for manager the owner came out told housekeeping supervisor to bring me some towels and toilet paper they were fresh from packaging I walked over with her to retrieve the items the owner should be embarrassed at how this motel looks!!! I would not recommend staying here at all there are more residents then guests staying here maybe that’s why they don’t clean and sanitize the place"

"The absolute worst!! The shower head, faucet, and shower curtain had mold and mildew on them!! The toilet had pubic hair all over it and there were used wash cloths and shampoo bottles in the tub. The fridge was nasty too!! The coffee pot and toaster didn't work but was still in the room!! No room attendance, you have to go to the office if you need clean linens, towels and toilet paper. Do not stay here, it cost $65 a night and it's a nasty place!!!!"
