"If it is possible to give a lower score I would. I have a family member that recently moved in, has made contact everyday to management due to a non-working air conditioner. It has been 1.5 months since she moved in and hasn’t had one day of air conditioning. Gnats continue to get into apartment, electrical sockets in kitchen keep tripping, dish washer leaks, front door hangs, pool isn’t open, and doesn’t securely close. Horrible customer service. Would not advise for people to invest in Laurel Crossing."
