"I have been here a year . Since day one I had roach problems and they have someone come spray but it's does no good. My apartment has flooded 2 times or more. I have mold in my living room window the office told me to just put bleach on it until they get to me.my tub had been painted over I clean it ans it turned black. It's not alot of maintenance out here. Noisy neighbors kids are bad they put stuff under your car and on your cars. Save your self a headache. I've reach out to the office and put in multiple request nothing had been done ."

"My granddaughter's father got evicted from this complex recently after many years of renting (I believe when covid happen he took advantage and did not pay his rent, not completely sure). When he first moved in my granddaughter was ten years old and had never lived at this complex. Her name was added to the lease, the complex did not check to see if she was an adult or that she resided there. By the time the father was evicted she had turned twenty, again never lived there. When she decided to move out on her own, there was $15,000 judgement on her credit dating back to when she was ten years old. When the complex was notified the office personnel, Ms. Johnson communicated that since she is now twenty it should stay on her credit, she didn't bother to to investigate the time-frame the father started the rental. The then child was ten and could have not enter a contractual agreement with the Villages of Carver. Since I have been helping my granddaughter navigate this matter, Ms. Johnson has been very angry with us and initially in so many word said it's not their problem even though they send this huge debt for a then ten year old to a collection agency. Your response says to contact your office at my earliest convenience, will , during my last communication with your office 10/232023, I was hung up on by Ms. Johnson, and when I got Ms. Burnett's name wrong you nonchalantly laughed about it, so who would I talk to the actually resolved this issue"

"I don't know where to start but sure by telling you DO NOT BOTHER TO APPLYING HERE! Ms Johnson is horrible, bad attitude, rude, she doesn't care at all about doing her job right. How is it possible to take a month and half to review an application and then denied it? how? How they still doing business? What type of management is this? "Roaches, in every unit in every gate! This community needs to be knocked down to the ground and the space should be converted to a outdoor shopping mall. As of 8/24/2021 exit gate is broken and the famous “Bed Bugs” are lurking !! Termites inside every wall, Just because this is a mixed income complex doesn’t mean the Market rate units have to suffer, I keep my unit clean on a daily and I am always at work maintenance never service the apartment but they will ride the complex everyday. DO NOT BE TRICKED DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL PLACE YOU ON BASED ON INCOME (illegally) charge you Market Rate every month. Pay the part the government doesn’t and pocket the rest of your funds………….YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"
