"I gave 2 stars because I lived there for 2 years. The property manager was sweet and understanding and worked with me when I fell on hard times. She tried her best to maintain that place and they needed to give her a raise! Idk where she’s at now, but I hope she’s out the hood! Shout out to Erica. The first year I had no problems and loved my unit, but the second WAS HELL. I’ve seen 3 dead bodies at the gas station across the street (they have clubs next door) a lot of gun shots, I had a crackhead try to break into my apartment MULTIPLE TIMES and he moved into the apartment beneath me as a squatter. I would call the police and NOTHING they said it’s the landlord’s job to put a lock on the outside door and said it would be breaking and entering if they tried to get him out! I reported to the office several times and they refused to put a lock for my safety. I was informed “if they put a lock on yours then all the rest of the neighborhood will want them and that’s a money investment” WHAT!? I literally have this man who tires to break into my apartment at night living under me and I live in this building( not apartment) THE WHOLE BUILDING BY MYSELF!? He ended up robbing the leasing office Chile computers and all. Anyways we had a police raid, kids come and party at the vacant units, rats chewed throw my ceiling and ate my food and pest control couldn’t catch them. I broke my lease early. I felt like God himself was kicking me out due to amount of foolery and living in fear everyday. Also one of the crackhead friends flashed his gun at me for looking at him. Yeah it was time to go"

"Update: I moved to a renovated unit shortly after posting this. At the time Living In town was the management company. Everything was fine until it rained....my master bedroom closet flooded not once but Everytime it has rained hard enough. Even flooded my dining room, hallway and bathroom. So Living in town left a few months later and RADCO took over. They stayed a couple months then they left now the owners are managing the property. Code enforcement has been out here several times and people are moving out just as quick as they move in. I thought the property was coming up but it seems they aren't concerned with this property but the property Decatur Gardens up the street. It's hit or miss catching someone at the office Code enforcement would be glad to shut this place down as they are tired of the lies and what not but they would have to find somewhere to place the residents. If your looking for somewhere to go find somewhere else if you have no option make this place a stepping stone and be gone when the lease Is up. The property is currently under renovations. So the pictures you see are of the newly renovated units. The property management changed a couple months after we moved in. Previous tenants stated that there have been 7different management companies at this property so hopefully this stays. I'm waiting for a Renovation to my unit as there are several things missing that where not done when the last Mangment team was here. Will provide an update at a later time."

"My husband is a 5 years resident. His oven fell apart in October. He has placed multiple calls to the office with no results. They always say they will send someone to check it but as to date no one has come. The maintenance service here is horrible but someone is in the office between the 1st and 3rd when the rent is due. Hes trying to move and do yourself a favor. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is horrible. No one is barely at the office, no one answers the phones. People are constantly quitting in the front office. I have been here for 7 months and for 2 months straight I have been dealing with RAT/MICE INFESTATION. They refuse to come and move my appliance to even inspect where the rats may be coming from. I found a dead mouse under my oven. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"I am currently living in this complex and hate it!! It is roach infested BADLY!! You will see about 20-30 and that is on a good day. Pest control comes in every Wednesday sprays a spray and leaves until the next week nothing is fixed. I am a clean person and consistently clean my apartment but it does not matter, they are everywhere!! The property does not fix any maintenance issues, I have had the same issues since I moved in and they still have not been fixed. While the new property manager is nice this complex is not worth it you could definitely find something better."
