"Every month they tell me I owe them money even though I pay my rent on time every single month. Maintainence is the worst. I was without a shower for a week because they couldn’t unclog a drain right. They haven’t taken our garbage from the dumpsters in actual weeks. It just builds up and causes a huge fly problem. Can’t get anyone on the phone to save their life. When I was signing my lease I watched the lady just hang up the phone over and over on people calling. Unprofessional and lousy at keeping track of anything."

"I’ve been living here for only two months and I’m already ready to move out. I have a roach infested apartment and the A/C doesn’t work. I continuously receive promises for things to get fixed and nothing changes! I am so annoyed that I moved here and can not wait to leave. The leasing office is unhelpful and has done nothing to make my transition a pleasant one. Do. Not. Move. Here."

"My apartment is flooded (J31) and I have been trying to contact the front office and maintenance since I came home from work and found water everywhere on Friday evening. No one has answered their phone or contacted me back. My furniture is ruined and we had to move most of the living room things out. The floor and walls are beginning to peel. I pay rent every month ONT TIME, and I should not have to live like this just because it’s “Brentwood” and not Buckhead. The obviously want new management again because as of tomorrow morning if my no answers, I’m contacting my lawyer. I’ve already contacted the news station. I work too hard to come home to this!"

"I've been here a lil over a year and they've been 5 new leasing manager. I've had my rent money order stolen 3 times because the leasing manager have been stealing and miss handling proper documents. The property is infested with roaches. Mold and ceiling throughout the unit is cracked. Leak under the kitchen sink been leaking since I moved in dish washer doesn't work it has mold inside of it. You have kids that are vandalizing the property and nothing gets done. Trash constantly over flows at the dumpster. Mailboxes don't have doors on them so you have to take time to go to post office to pick up your mail. Place isn't safe they don't care about your well being they just money hungry. I hate I ever came here this property need to be shut down asap"

"This apartment complex is absolutely horrible! DO. NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE! They have rats, roaches, bed bugs, and mold/mildew. The apartment leaks water everytime it rains. The rats ate thru a loaf of bread that was on TOP of the fridge. My sofa and bed got infested with bed bugs and all of my clothing in the closet has been ruined with mold/mildew. The staff at the rent office is a joke! They don't try to get anything done around this place. If you go there to report an issue, they just say they will address it, but they never do! This is worse than any projects. Do yourself a favor and run away from this place. My lease will be broken this month and I dare them to say I owe them anything! I will be taking them to court."
