"Place is very nice. As seen in the pictures. Close to downtown and most of the attractions. Rooftop area is way smaller than it appears in the pictures. There’s no fire table on the rooftop either. No hot water in the unit. Indoor Fireplace did not turn on. We went there on Christmas break. The temperatures were very low and these issues just made it that much harder for us to enjoy this place. I received an email next day as to how we were doing. However, messages sent on that email (and to StayATL) were not responded to this day."

"My stay in this property was very pleasant. Everything was as described in the listing and Ryan was an amazing host. I highly recommend this location as it was in walking distance ti several good restaurants such as Frost Bistro. I look forward to booking again in the near future."

"This company is so money hungry . Do not book . When I arrived they I discovered they hosted an open house event to rent the loft. In the same property i was suppose to stay in. I had to wait outside while they got the items out leaving debris behind. The entire Stove and AC went out during my stay. They send someone the next day to fix it but I was advised by him it could go out again . They declined to give me a partial refund for the no AC and inoperable kitchen. I then deceived to leave as they made me feel uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend they are more so worried about the money than the place itself and accommodation guest for the most basic . I’m so disappointed I booked with them and now will have to use legal counsel to get my funds back . Very disappointed"
