"Been a resident here for 3 years and I absolutely love it. Shawn is the Manager here and is always so friendly and prompt whenever an issue arises. The community is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly! The rooftop club lounge is a great place to relax and see some great views of the city! The maintenance staff is very quick and efficient and you can tell they really love what they do! The property is always clean and kept in a great condition, the gates are always working, I never have to question my safety here! The resident events are ALWAYS FUN, I really look forward to the events each month. If you’re looking for a great place to call Home, look no further. I love it here and will be renewing for an additional year! Thanks Shawn and the 841 Team for all you do for us!"

"PLEASE READ BEFORE LEASING UNIT 412 My boyfriend leased this apartment and this review is coming from both of us (I visit often). Great building and location. BUT if you are even a little noise sensitive do NOT lease unit 412. There are AC units on the roof that vibrate and are very loud. This is most hours of the day. It drives us crazy during the day and makes it hard to sleep at night. Everyone is different, but if you are the type of person that feels relief when the kitchen fan is turned off, consider a lower floor or different building. It is like living under an idling truck. Absolutely not worth the asking price in rent. I imagine lower floors are fine, or if you don’t typically care about noise, go for it."

"I toured via FaceTime with a friend since I'm moving from out of town. Darrica was super helpful and straightforward - I didn't feel overly pressured to spend more; I was given useful info about the units and policies. I went ahead and submitted an application and that has all gone smoothly as well. Super easy to do from out of town since it can all be done easily online which is nice. Can't really think of many places to improve at this stage, keep it up! UPDATE: I've since moved in, and my experience has continued to be very positive throughout the move-in and getting settled into my apartment. Shawn, Darrica, and Ron are super helpful and always friendly, the amenities are awesome, the unit is great and was very clean when I moved my things in. I had a mix-up with AT&T delivering my router early (before I had an account for the parcel pickup kiosk), and Ron, the maintenance technician, helped me sort that out and find the router in seriously less than two minutes. Arriving from out of state with a truck full of all your things can be stressful, but Darrica and Ron made it super simple. They helped me find parking for the moving truck, showed me around and made sure my FOB and keys worked, and gave me a hand truck to use for moving my things. Very positive experience overall. There are lots of extra benefits and services - this can almost be overwhelming with the sign-ins/accounts and just getting everything in order, but the staff have helped out a lot, and they give you all the info you need. There are of course extra fees for things like valet trash and gated/covered parking, but the fees are all reasonable and make sense given the benefits you receive. The building has a quiet hours policy and I have not had any issue with noise at all so far."
