"Overall an awesome place to live! The units are high-quality with a bunch of little things that add up to a great overall experience. I never hear any neighbors through walls, which is something few places have. Maintenance has been top-notch, they always do fantastic work and have addressed every request of mine in a day or even same day! Amenities are great, the gym is especially nice. The building as a whole is kept in excellent condition. Another nice-to-have: great internet options. Comcast, AT&T, and Google, all with fiber connections."

"I came to view Modera Reynoldstown as I am considering relocating to that area when my current lease is up. I will be starting a new job so it's nice knowing about their guarantee that if my new job doesn't work out the company will allow me to terminate my lease without as much monetary loss compared to other companies. Len, my agent was professional and also had a great sense of humor, he made the process of looking for an apartment enjoyable. Apartment sky views were stunning with a ton of natural light!"

"I currently reside in Omaha, Ne and looking to move to the Atlanta around the end of February. I recently toured the Modera Reynoldstown and instantly fell in love. Len B was so great at showing the lovely apartments and made me feel that this was a great safe place for me and my daughter. From the amenities to being pet friendly I was sold. The commute is a bonus as well."

"I just wanted to come and give a special shout out to this apartment complex. I have been living here for about 2.5 years and it is by far one of the best experiences. Maintenance is A plus! You seriously will not find a better set of people working. They work hard and in a timely fashion to get any grievances done. I’ve never had a maintenance issue go longer than 1-2 days if that. Management- I have seen management change since I have been here and never had issues with either team. Everyone has always been very helpful and kind. Amenities- the amenities in this complex are well taken care of and kept up. Packages- they changed the delivery system with packages and it has been a game changer. Delivery to your door is such a great touch. Noise- I live on the top floor so noise is not a huge issue for me. We are in the city so there is city noise as expected but overall everyone is very courteous and love my neighbors who have been here almost equally as long as I have Overall, I believe this is a great complex to live in!"

"I’ve been living in Modera for 6 months now and I have to say that I’ve enjoyed every moment of my stay. The location is amazing and the management here is awesome! Tara is a real one and she’s been amazing with helping me find the perfect apartment and getting settled in. Even after I got settled she’s always been available and responsive with other needs or questions. The Maintenance staff has also been great. Dwayne & Travis have been here for any requests and they’re both quick to assist. Huge shoutout to them for keeping everything in order!"
