The Penman Apartments

"Very organized. Very helpful. An automated reminder to leave a review was sent and I have been meaning to write about this complex since I moved in. This apartment complex sways away from the usual Atlanta apartment culture and actually provides quality. Briana helped me throughout my move in process and was very kind and helpful from the start of the process to the end. Stacie I think her name was also recommended the type of unit that I toured and was in my price range, so I appreciate her for that. And the community manager (Christi, if I’m not mistaken) is also extremely professional with genuine hospitality that is not forced. The units are also beautiful and they keep the compelx very clean to the best of their abilities. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled expeditiously as well. I would definitely recommend overall."

"The Penman is a very nice & safe place to live. The management staff are very nice and understanding and I have never had issues with customer service. The apartments are convenient and close to Grant Park, CVS, Publix, Kroger and several restaurants and gas stations. Walter Johnson."

"From the moment my Husband and I toured The Penman, it has been nothing short of amazing! We were greeted by the manager Christi as well as by Stacie. Stacie was the person that assisted us through the entire process. From touring, to applying and moving in. She did an AWESOME job! She was sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to find us the best apartment based on our budget. Even staff members that we came across greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed assistance. Our apartment is beautiful with nice amenities. The complex is very well maintained. We had a minor maintenance situation and maintenance resolved it immediately. I love the fact that there is security at night as well. The complex is very quiet. Our dog loves it here as well. I am so glad we chose The Penman to call our home. Much thanks to Stacie! I looked through TONS of apartments and reviews, and this one by far was THE BEST!"

"Truthfully the best apartment complex experience I've had since moving to Atlanta over 2 years ago. The area is so communal and calm, grant park and the belt line are so easily accessible, the units are modern and above all...CLEAN! I can't say enough about the staff, Briana is amazing and answered every question we had when moving in and beyond. We've been residents for a month and are still in love with the place. I would recommend this gem to anyone."
