"Mold in every room, roach infestations, water damage, water would come out of the bath faucet BLACK and stain our tub! Maintenance was a complete joke, gates are always broken, the pool is barely ever open during the summer, and when it is, it’s NOT a family environment. Poorly maintained, people playing music loud, smoking drugs and letting their kids go haywire. Just don’t move in if you can help it. I had a year lease, paid the difference within 7 months to get out!"

"It's funny how management blocked my other email address from leaving reviews because she refused to do her job. That property manager hasn't even contacted me about the racist tenants in apt R. It's the day after Christmas at 5:15 pm and the parents had the nerve to buy the bad kid a ball and not only is he stomping and jumping all over the place he is bouncing his ball all over the place…WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Management has yet to contact this tenant. I've been living here almost 5 years and this new management is by far the worse yet. DO YOUR JOB!!!! I asked for the peace officer's number via email and property manager never even responded to my email after she asked me for information. What a joke she Dont give a damn either. You can block my emails all you want. I will continue to leave reviews until you all do your job with these tenants above me."

"I just moved in recently and all I can say is wow! I am so happy with my choice! From the second I arrived to the property, I was assisted by the property manager Ana Fernandez & she was so professional & helpful! She made the entire process seamless! She really sold me on the property with her costumer service! I love my unit & the community so much! I am so happy to call this place my home now! She is the absolute best!! I can’t say thanks enough!"

"I literally just moved here a few weeks ago, I am now seeing so much trash everywhere. You have tenants throwing trash out their window and maintenance walks right past It. When I came looking at apartments It was nice and clean. Now I’m being surprised by this filth. Just a couple weeks not too long ago this trash in a shopping cart was just sitting in the bushes. Just filthy. Maintenance is becoming more careless day by day. The management you complain and they don’t retaliate. I don’t know what more to do. Do better please"

"I feel like no star is necessary due to how ridiculous, unsanitary, & disgusting the trash is kept. There’s such a rancid smell due to the heat that you can’t even go for a walk throughout the neighborhood with the urge to vomit. This has been going on for an obscene amount of time(too freaking long) & yet they have the audacity to up the rent when they can’t even keep the property clean. Trash is so filthy that the complex is having possums roam throughout the property."
