"House has been flooded for 5 days now. Impossible to get in touch with any of the staff. They finally picked up yesterday and said they were going to send someone in 30 minutes but no one ever showed up. They need to be reported to Better Business Bureau and 311 and everyone else. Worst housing ive ever dealt with and these slumlords should be in jail"

"They have new management. No one is ever In the office to assist the tenants and they never answer the phone it’s been going on for months.Very poor management!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been waiting at least 3 months for my refrigerator to be repaired. It has been consistently leaking and flooding the bottom of my refrigerator. 2 different maintenance men have been to my apartment 6 times. The first maintenance man told me he "doesn't fix fridges" on his 5TH attempt to fix it! I contacted the owner Linda numerous times and the 6th visit was from the Spanish man Jose and he could not fix it either nor speak English. Both maintenance men drilled inside my refrigerator and freezer as well as unplugged my fridge FOR HOURS on separate visits. I once again contacted the owner Linda and she assured me that she would contact the refrigerator company however that was 2 weeks ago after months of me putting in maintenance requests that have not been efficiently fixed or completed. I have sent emails that have been unanswered as well as contacted the office which no one ever picks up or is there. There are only 2 maintenance men for this complex as well as midway manor across the street. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I have sent several emails to try to get a corporate number for these apartments to no avail, she said they can't give me the number. I asked for the number for a prior incident when i waited months for someone to come fix my front door and when they finally did months later they did a very poor job. They are busy fixing up vacant apartments trying to sell to new tenants but cant take care of the tenants who are already here. The owner also stated she runs several different properties which is very concerning due to the fact she can't keep these 2 up (midway and royal manor). These apartments need managers who know what they're doing and are professional enough to tend to their tenants' needs and concerns in a timely manner. I don't pay rent to have broken old rundown problems in my apt that they want to take months to fulfill and do a terrible job once they do!!!!!"
"I wouldn’t recommend moving here. The property manager Linda is A BIG LIAR and is only nice to get you to move then she shows her true colors. she tells maintenance to down play major issues so she can still collect rent. She lied about opening the pool. Many things were broken in the unit when I moved in 3 months ago and all they did was rig them to LOOK fixed. There’s a broken window in my building that they’ve yet to even try to fix. The maintenance man doesn’t speak any english, so it’s difficult to communicate about what’s going on. They spray strong harsh chemicals for bugs, yet there are still bugs. They refuse to fix the lights in the parking lot after a tree fell during a storm, so it’s pitch black in the parking lot at night. There are no washer dryer hookups but only a small laundry facility. And for all the money you pay. It’s almost a scam. If u can find somewhere else, i would heavily recommend it… The work orders I put in were resolved over an MONTH after I personally reported them to Linda, of course she lied about getting it handled cause I still had to go back and file a request online in which they ask what day you would prefer but that doesn’t actually matter and come when they want and expect you to just let them in no matter what you’re doing. She told me the patio with a big whole in it above mine would be fixed the week I moved in, it’s STILL not fixed 3 months later. The communication definitely lacks and like I said the property manager definitely told maintenance to lie about my AC being completely broken. It’s definitely a place to stay when all other options are unavailable. Hopefully management will take the criticism and make proper improvements to the property."
