"They asked me at the leasing office to leave a review based on my experience living here. So here it goes My family & I have been at this apartment for over 2 years & so far we can't complaint. In the past year the staff at the leasing office changed but everytime I notice they brought in better people. They answer my questions quick, they greeted me friendly & you can tell they like their job. When the name of the apartments changed, things changed with it. I like that they keep it cleaned around my area & parking lot. I see the dumpsters get full fast but then it's taken care of, It be cleaned again. The times we have called for maintenance to fix something, they come fast. The guys that have come to my house in the past are the niceeeest and finish the work the same day. Overall living here has done us good. I wish rent didn’t go up every year, but I'm sure that's out of the question. We do like this location. Parking is easy. My trash gets picked up from my door. We've had peace & quiet, & nothing beats that."
"We had wonderful experience with Lis. I will be applying this weekend. I'm convenced this is where we will move to live next. The pool looks beautiful and the place was clean. I went to most apartments on jimmy carter but this one is definitely the one that looks and feels best."
"I moved in the apt end of September.. Denise at the rent office was very professional. She explained everything and all my concerns. Kudos to Denise and the other staff.I moved in and the water heater didn’t work. It took about a week to get it fixed but other than that I love the new apt. My only concern is the gates!! It really need to be fixed. The front gate was not working when I moved in and now it’s not working as well as the out gate. This will definitely prevent from auto thefts in the future. I moved here because I thought it was a gated community!! Pls correct the gate problem. I do notice strange ppl getting into the apartment walking around.."
"I do not recommend moving here at all. Front gate has been broken at least a year. Mailboxes and cars keep getting broken into. Car tires stolen over night. Trash is disgusting! The trash area broke two years ago and they won't fix it (I asked and they just made excuses) yet they charge extra trash collection fees and have two rusty shipping-like containers for trash always running over. Bugs everywhere and they just come back even if they spray because the whole community is roach town. The office team is nonchalant and doesn't care about residents only taking money. And good luck getting them to pick up the phone. Things were so bad we moved out and found somewhere cheaper with even better service still. Do not move to this place, the 5star reviews you see are incentivized and fake. This place is garbage, not luxury."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I have been a tenant since March 2022. The former owners were fair as far as rent prices and due dates but ever since the new company (Halston) has taken over, things have definitely changed for the worst. Rent has gone up drastically. In my case over $200.00 per month. They changed the due date from the 5th of the month to the 3rd. After the 3rd it's an extra $200.00 and any day past the 10th of the month they file an eviction notice and charge an additional $500.00 for doing so. That makes your total in late fees $700.00 (absolutely unheard of). This new company is all about the dollar and none about the tenant. The price does not match the living conditions. The trash is everywhere, and you can smell it as soon as you walk outside. The walkways and the stairs are nasty and full of trash as well. The rails are not cemented and that's a safety issue. My granddaughter fell down last week holding on to the rail because it just fell over. There is no security and the front gates have not been working for months now. Car windows have been busted and in the summer the pool parties last all night with loud music and the smell of marijuana. These are not luxury apartments at all. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! And by the way, I did not want to give them any stars, but I had to in order to post this."
