"Leasing team is always unprofessional. They change every 6 months, and are always rude. This is a miserable place to live. There are street lamps that have not been repaired since a bad storm MONTHS AGO. So going to the dumpster at night, or to grabbing mail is unsafe. The fireplaces don't work when you move in and it is your responsibility to repair it. My unit had uneven doors. So they dragged when closing them. Not to mention the bathroom doorknob had to constantly be tightened. Pest control is in the rental agreement, but there is a HUGE roach issue in ALL the buildings. Maintenance only responds to majors issues like a pipe bursting or toilet flooding. Everything else is ignored or repaired in a way that shows property negligence and incompetence. There is an actual leasing office (and pool) that has been "under construction" for YEARS. Request to look at the unit you're acutally going to move into."

"Quiet comfortable complex and extremely affordable with the way cost of living is these days… the property manager Shakena is very patient she busy but patient and will go beyond the call of duty too guarantee your comfortably, she is honest & professional my move is was smooth and easy I moved in and everything was perfect Shakena gave me exactly what I asked for. I can see me being here til I become a homeowner."

I’m trying to reach her regional manager, if anyone know how I can reach her it would be greatly appreciated.. looking into small claims court, whatever it takes to get this unprofessional scum out that office, she doesn’t deserve to sit behind no one desk handling business and people personal information.. I will be contacting better business.. 0 stars"
