"These apartments suck, there are roaches in every single apartment. The property manager sucks the whole building 8 is so dramatized cops are called every single day , crack heads walk around screaming at 6 in the morning , a delusional lady walks around shooting her gun off at children and shouts racial slurs. Overall this was a terrible experience and these apartments should be shut down . My fridge went out for 3 months I was never reimbursed , my kitchen light has to be turned on and off 20 times before it actually comes on. You clean and everything still feels disgusting I could continue to go on and on"

"The property manager is so rude and there is a new lady who just sit in the front she’s really aggressive. I’ve been live here for four year I requested for the work order again and again . But no one take action .when you go to the office and ask them and they really aggressive to you, I feel like I am staying free here even I don’t have EC for a week and they just make excuse and said we order the parts ,which is not true. I am not recommend anybody to come here. They are really rude people disrespectful people."

"Please do something to help those building 9 tenants! I have lived here for quite some time as well as some of the tenants in that building. To hear from some of them that they are struggling since that apartment fire that came from a unit that no one supposidly lived in is horrible. They have been out of their units for at least a month plus and to top it off the appartment s have not provided ANY type of residency for them, most of them are struggling in hotels. This is worrying and life is unpredictable! So if someone in my unit cause a fire is this how we will be treated!?"

"I visited the location to receive information about the property availability. The consultant ""Temeka ""was nice and was able to provide me with info on how to apply. HOWEVER after this time I had a hard time applying on the website they essentially stole 50 dollars from me because the site had technical issues and would not accept any other application info. I communicated this to the consultant via email but after which she never responded only until after I told her to cancel my application. On top of the fact the type of property I asked for did not show in the "system"" I had to apply for a 3 bedroom even though I asked for a two just to get an application in. I also went in to get assistance with the technical issue and was advised the she was in the meeting the same day I applied. Several days later I found a new apartment and applied and everything was taken care of in 48 hours. The entire experience was unorganized and confusing and not very pleasant. I never got to apply essentially and they took my $50!"

"I have lived here under three different management groups in two years. The current management group, Alexander Properties, has done a great job turning the property around. Lena and the other leasing office staff are the best!!! The only issues I have are associated with residents and visitors not respecting the property by contributing to the gate not being functional. As a mother, I understand that children need outside play time but I believe it should be supervised and children should be taught to 1) love life and 2) respect the road and vehicles. The kids carry on as if they're invincible and they'll be granted a second life like video games."
