"Stay away from here. My neighbor blasts music and amps every night until around 2am and neither of us have been able to sleep because of it, it shakes my whole living room wall and the front office refuses to do anything about it at all. I do have police reports where the cops have been out multiple times regarding it but the front office simply does not care. At this point they simply do not care what anyone does at all or what’s going on in the apartments as long as they are getting their rent money."

"I have enjoyed living at Marbella Place for two yrs and the office staff is wonderful. Ms. Jamita the leasing office is wonderful and very helpful. Michael the maintenance supervisor is always on top of any maintenance issues that may arise in my apartment! Micheal is Definitely great and helpful."

"At first I tried to overlook the reviews, but that was a wrong mistake. I have live here for about 3 months now and the management is disorganized. However Ms.Maria is nice, the gate is always broken and now the trash compactor is broke down, which can bring all types of rodents. Pay too much money for rent especially when stuff is not up to part. Maintenance is slow about fixing things . Once my lease is up I do not plan to stay here just sad that my first apartment they did not satisfied me. My advice especially for first timers like me continue to search."
