"I was notified of lease terms charges totaling $1,007.15 way over the 30 days required time frame by law. Apt 20226 This notification was sent by email on August of 2023 and my lease ended in May 2023 was. Unfortunately this was reported to all 3 credit bureau agencies by 2 different collections companies, for the same debt/charges of $1,007.15. I paid Transworld and brought the account current. I called both agencies and they both advised the debt is with them from Wildwood Ridge apartments/ Ram property managment. Transworld System Inc and 2nd agency reporting for the same debt Professionals Debt Mediat. Wildwood Ridge apartments Phase 1. Rams mgt sold this debt twice. Even though I paid the collection this is affecting me because of this company's reckless oversight and disregard for their past and future tenants. Unfortunately I have not been able to rent any apartments because of this discrepancy my kids and I have to stay in a hotel. astorage unit. I called Wildwood Ridge and was told I need to email the property manager Francisco Martinez @ rams mgt and I never received a response back. I have dispute this with the credit bureaus."

"I just moved in a few weeks ago and have had a pretty good experience so far! Tiara was super helpful and accomodating to our needs. She helps things get done in a timely manner and has made the process smooth. We love our new place and love the location!"

"Tiara helped me start the process and she was great. When I did the walk through before signing the lease, I told her of things that needed to be fixed and within 24 hours she had almost half fixed. She emailed me a bunch, answering any questions and keeping me up to date. There are about 3-5 people in the leasing office whom are all very nice. My unit is old and has some problems but I like the area and commute to work. It is gated and the gate is always working. The appliances are stainless, but in bad condition. They did put in new carpet which was nice."

When I say diligent, I mean diligent and very patient. We ran into some bumps in the road and throughout the whole process. She kept her composure and worked with me and we finally got an approval. My apartment is beautiful. All my appliances brand new upgraded renovated very nice again I would highly recommend if you were to apply with Wildwood Ridge come in and see Tiara, thank you Tiara for being awesome and professional!"

"Moved in a couple weeks ago. Will update this review after living here for 6 months, and then after a total of 12 months. The move-in was simple and easy. Tiara answered every question I had and guided me through both the apartment hunt and move-in, and was great to work with in general. So far the community is pleasant and well-kept. Maintenance is prompt, friendly, and effective. The location is excellent. The connection to the Bob Callan Trail is a huge plus."
