The welcoming atmosphere, combined with top-notch amenities, has made living here an absolute delight. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home, addressing any concerns promptly and with a friendly smile. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, while still providing a peaceful and secure environment to come home to. My apartment is spacious, modern, and comes with stunning views that I never tire of. The attention to detail in the design and maintenance of both the apartments and communal areas is evident everywhere you look. Community events are a regular occurrence, fostering a sense of belonging and giving residents a chance to connect. The fitness center, pool, and lounge areas are always clean and welcoming, making leisure time enjoyable and convenient. Living at Ascent Peachtree has truly elevated my living experience in the city. It's not just an apartment complex; it's a community that cares, and I am thrilled to be a part of it. Anthony's knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the property were evident from the moment we began the tour. Anthony's ability to articulate the unique features of the property, coupled with his friendly demeanor, created a welcoming atmosphere. He patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and comfortable with the leasing process. What stood out most was Anthony's attention to detail. "From my initial experience of phoning in, my experience has been amazing with Ascent Peachtree. Anthony was my first point of contact and I didn't feel like a stranger as he spoke with me, which is unheard of these days. He was very kind and was happy to answer any and every question that I had. I was thoroughly impressed once I arrived and had my tour. I applied the same day in fact. I actually interacted with all 3 leasing agents and I can definitely speak highly of Carson and Nile as well! Even the manager, Tony I think, came in to greet me and was warm and welcoming. I'm awaiting my approval, but I'm overly excited to move into this beautiful building."

"Please note: this review is solely based on my leasing experience, not the property itself. The property and amenities are beautiful and I love my unit. However, please be warned that you will more than likely have to stay on top of your leasing consultant(s) to get anything done during your move-in process. My leasing and move-in process has been both frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. I had to call back multiple times for each and every thing, literally from the time I applied in November and needed them to run my credit since it was frozen, to getting finally my lease on 12/28. It took me calling every day for 5 days after I applied to even have my credit pulled. And by this time the rent special had two additional weeks of rent free, but was told I didn't qualify even though my application wasn't processed until after the special changed. Anthony is very sweet and helpful, but he sent me 3 incorrect offer letters. I emailed him on 12/15 when I got my "corrected" offer letter and he called and INSISTED that it was correct. I didn't get my lease until 12/28 and the rent was $90 more. He also told me the month of free rent was applied to the first full month, but it is actually the second. When I went to move in on the 7th, Carson was the only one in the office. I want to note that I felt like a bother to him when I've called or visited the office. I've felt like this during the entire leasing process and he wasn't even my leasing consultant! Mind you, he was on Facetime while I was explaining my frustration with the leasing process. Instead of acknowledging that the mistakes were made and making me feel heard, he kept trying to explain WHY they MAY have been made. Meanwhile, I LITERALLY have to pay for the mistakes. At move-in, I wasn't given a mailbox key. My elevator/door fob didn't work and I had to go back twice to get it fixed. As of 12am last night, my parking card still doesn't work and an attendant has had to let me out each time. My apartment clearly wasn't cleaned after the previous resident moved out. The kitchen sink didn't work. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed. Maintenance came yesterday to fix things that should have been fixed before my move-in (not his fault, I'm sure the requests were just put in late). I haven't been sent an invitation to sign up for the Amazon Hub Lockers or ButterflyMX (our call box system). I'm sure there's something I'm forgetting, but this list is long enough. I'm just so disappointed in this entire process. The building and the amenities themselves are great, but I wasn't even as excited as I should have been to move in because of this poor experience."

"Ascent Peachtree is a peaceful environment with great and clean amenities. I’ve seen many apartments in Atlanta and compared to the other luxury apartments that I’ve been to, this one has been the cleanest. I am not a fan of the parking but have got my concerns and issues quickly fixed. When you are vocal, the team does find solutions and tries to rectify any problems. I’m pleased with my experience so far and would highly suggest others to consider this location. (Also shoutout to Carson for being super kind and a fresh young relatable face, Anthony for always listening and finding quick solutions, and Nile for getting me into my new unit! Welcome Ms Candy too, I appreciate her kind spirit!)"
