"Simply put, I RAN. This place needs to be overhauled. They want a $1000 deposit LOL. And rent is $1,350. Parking $75.00 LOL. $10.00 a month because they are reporting to the credit agencies you are paying rent on time, laughable. $70.00 for water sewer trash. $20.00 for gas. LOL. TRASH in hallway. Flooded hallways. Bad toilet. LOL. Broken security door. I guess the $1000 deposit is for them to make improvements. LOL."

"Constant package theft in the building among numerous other issues I reached out to speak with upper management at Cynergy their customer service was terrible and the regional manager KAYLA was beyond rude. My package was stolen and the empty box was left in the fifth floor trash chute, so another resident stole it!!! If tenants are constantly complaining about the same thing try to find a way to prevent or fix the problem."

"I've been searching for apartments in Atlanta for a few months now I came across Piedmont Pad and decided to come in for a tour. Upon arrival the office was closed. I was then approached by the maintenance supervisor Lae that offered to give a tour of the building. During the tour she was nice and kind and had so much knowledge of the building. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to the property manager Daisy She told me the complete opposite information of what was given to me before. It shows that as a property manager she has no knowledge or interpersonal skills when dealing with a potential PAYING tenant. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to moving here because of the kindness and assertiveness from Lae the maintenance supervisor. Corporate really needs to look into Daisy the property manager and give her some training on her property and how to talk to potential PAYING tenants. I only give a one star because of Lae."

"I give the complex a 3.8 overall, but the property management team is 5-star for me. To be specific, I was lucky enough to have toured my unit with Tanasia, who works in the leasing office, and she has been so helpful and attentive to my needs since day 1. I have always been able to count on her to address any of my concerns and assist where needed. I have lived here for about 10 months, and have decided to renew my lease. The building itself could definitely be cleaner and more secure, and there is an issue with bugs. But, the centrality of location and the views from the units are top tier."
