"Best apartment complex ever! After the tour, my partner and I knew we wanted to live here. We jumped on an application fast since units are easily swept up. When we moved in, we were welcomed with a gift basket full of peach goodies and a box of Duck Donuts! Everyone in this community is very friendly. The leasing office holds regular events like dessert food trucks and even Chick-fil-A biscuits at the gate. Maintenance is very swift, and the grounds are beautiful year-round. Whenever there's an issue, the leasing office works diligently to fix it (e.g. broken dumpster compactor from extreme cold). I'm only bummed out because they open a dog park right when we have to move... :( Which is another thing.... The fact that the leasing office built a dog park due to community feedback and warmth towards your pets, even with limited space, should tell you everything you need to know! I'm so sad to leave this amazing community behind. They've treated us and our dogs so well."

"Luxury apartments are for the person or family who loves to be pampered, feel safe, exceptional security, and a complex in pristine conditions 24 -7. I have lived at Walton Centennial for 20 years. I will never leave unless they carry me out. My words are based on experience and facts. The management, service staff and the residences are an important factor when selecting an apartment home. As a community we all come together to help and support each other, during the good and bad times. The Walton staff has wonderful fun programs for all ages. A holiday does not go by, without the opportunity to celebrate as a community. Your dog will be welcomed by everyone. Of course everyone cleans up after their dogs. You can even walk on the grass with no fears. And yes the staff have special celebrations for our dogs. The residence walk around the community always taking the time to say hello to one another. The staff and the community will not tolerate theft, violence, abuse, drugs, robbery, etc. Walton Centennial is a gated community is just one of the steps they use to keep us safe. Their are many other safety measures to protect us. Steve head of maintenance leads a team to insure the entire community repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Kimberly Smith the director, walks the property to maintain pristine conditions at all times. Of all the directors she is the hardest working to assure as a resident you can relax and enjoy your home. Her team has always creative wonderful programs so we can be happy and educated to new experiences. Every month you are given a new book to read. I often wish the news media could come and interview our residence. For decades I have seen positive diversity at Walton Centennial were no battle need be fought. We have stood together as one. Very little apartments can offer what I have mention. Come and enjoy living at the best luxury community......Walton Centennial."
