"Although the leasing agent was really nice, they didn’t have any one bedroom apartments for immediate rental. I am interested in renting because they seem to be nice apartments. Although they weren’t able to lease me an apartment, the apartments are nice."
"GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! Don't believe a single 5 star review. This apartment complex is the worst I have ever seen by a LANDSLIDE. Where to even begin. Maintenance is non existent, faulty appliances with DANGEROUS issues that they don't care to fix, the property is not taken care of, grass gets 3 feet tall before they MAYBE call landscaping. Office staff give lip service and promise repairs within days/a week but it NEVER happens that way. Took 4 months, visiting the office once a week, to get them to fix a NON WORKING toilet. Atlanta Gas Light came back in February and told us our heater has a carbon monoxide leak, provided us documentation to give to the office, they STILL have not fixed it to this day. Thank god its summer and we don't need it, or we'd be extremely sick or dead. They even had their own inspections done around May and the inspector told me it was extremely concerning, and they STILL did nothing. Not sure why you have inspections just to ignore issues that need to be addressed. Absolutely NO amenities. They have a pool, but it has never been maintained and looks like a SWAMP. Never open the entire summer. From what I can tell, they are starting renovations today (as I can very loudly hear in the apartment above me). I looked outside and saw them in the parking lot with vinyl flooring STICKERS they were measuring to be the size of a room. You don't even get real flooring. Like putting lipstick on a pig, what a joke. The website is a shell, none of the buttons work, you can't view floor plans, pricing, or apply. This is unheard of with literally any apartment complex. It's truly a shame because the apartment is spacious, the floor plan is great, and the location is phenomenal, but a company that takes this SERIOUSLY needs to come rescue this place because this is not it. We are getting out of here as fast as possible."
"Run AWAY!!!! This place is HORRIFIC and that’s putting lightly. I took pics today if our grass that hasn’t been cut in at least 2months. I haven’t had air all summer and at one point had to go stay with relatives because living upstairs, my Tstat doesn’t get below 89°. The breezeways smell like the compactor because trash valet quit and most just leave their trash awaiting service that never comes. The phones are NEVER answered and the little girl in the front is clueless. She sends everyone to talk to the manager. What do they pay you to do? I feel bad for anyone with any other emergencies because I heard the maintenance man with my own ears say that Andray told them not to answer emergency AC calls because most are AC and they need replacements and they make this call without ever assessing the unit. My neighbor doesn’t have air either and when she went to follow up for the 4th time, she was told there was no work order for her. I pray for her because she has small children. WE ARE JUST A NUMBER HERE. They do not care about the residents. The online portal doesn’t exist and they went from allegedly helping to blaming the prior owners for leaving them a mess. The qualifications must have changed as newer residents moving in seem to be if a different caliber. You can tell by the amount of trash and debris left in the parking lots around cars. Oh! If you have an issue living with PESTS (even if your house is clean)…..consider yourself warned. This complex is an old skeleton with a new face (their attempt at upgrades) and the roaches are here for the long haul. Drive through here and see for yourself. The curb appeal beyond the ever broken gate will tell you all you need to know. Do yourself a favor…Pay a little more to live somewhere that the staff at least cares. You’ll have way more PEACE of mind."
"Why does someone have to wait over 2 weeks to get a leak fixed? 3 manual requests, 2 emergency requests and 2 calls to the leasing office. Everyone seems to have an attitude about doing their jobs around here. Someone finally came once The ceiling came crashing down. And the office has yet to contact me about any next steps, I now have 3 huge machines and a gaping hole on my ceiling. Still getting attitude. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
"Do not rent here. Numerous complaints. See photos, unresponsive management. Roaches everywhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE. unless you are desperate. Like I was. Signed up again. Caused the agent tricked us. I thought I signed a 12 month lease. (Well I thought I did) But he changed it to 11 months. If you do read carefully!!! Don’t MOVE HERE. Vacant apartments are infested with roaches and other creepy crawlers. Looks at the photos. My bad couldn’t posted them all. The fees they want to charged are ridiculous even after I showed them. Some Positive things!! The view sometimes is amazing. See photos. There is more bad than good. Let me know if you really want to see the ugly side. Answer your phones. So today. See picture. I advise management that the valet company did not pick up the trash. Send photos of the trash at 7 am. Although I took the photos earlier. Their reply was I had to make sure it’s was under 25lbs( only have trash can under 13lbs). I do use the heavy bags, just because I have 3 other cans under the weight limit. It’s makes it easier to transfer all the trash into one bag(penny wise). Any way I sent the photos as requested to advise management. Their reply was I need to make sure the bags must be under 25lbs( although not in the bylaws). Please keep in mind my wife is anal retentive about making SURE we take out the trash on Sunday thru Thursday. Yes every day except as requested by management. No one will have the amount of trash daily. Even if you have a minor, which we don’t. Anyway. They have the audacity, to say we had trash over 25lbs. See for yourself. Folks. Look and listen. Do do it. Please have management take responsibility for their actions. Most prior reviews( which I ignore) can’t be faults. I will screen shots the emails from management. This is insane. Move here only on dire need. Not because you want tooo. Yes I added and extra o!!!!!!!!!! The gym close at 9pm. FYI. Tonight. They will say trash was oversized. If it doesn’t fix. I’m guilty like OJ. Okay!! FYI. The google photos says 37 photos but you could only access 12. OJ. Ok."
