"I am still leasing at the Blakely apartments in Pendergrass only because to leave early would cost around 8,000. I can never get ahold of the office by phone and only receive a call back right before they close. I have been charged for 2 separate water bills equaling almost 160$ for one person living in the apartment. I've been charged a fee for switching the power bill from my old roommates name into mine. Their explanation for the fee is that the bill was never in my name, but it has always been in a leaseholders name. The fee was hidden in with my water bill and the added water bill was supposedly never previously paid but is mixed into one payment with rent so it had to of been paid unless it is an error on their part. I do not recommend renting from them at this property or any other. Buy a house instead it will be cheaper."

"Horrible management group Horrible experience Horrible rentals! I moved out back in October (Riverview Townhomes)and it's now almost February and I still have yet to receive a legit security deposit refund. I spoke with the " accountant " (117 extension) who ensured me that he'd send me a check for me refund of 1,091. Well the check I received was a fraud check!!!! Thats right, a damn fraud check from a "professional " management company..The check was issued by TRUIST BANK and that's who I took the check too. They then said that there's no money in the account so I was unable to receive my refund. Sad place to do business with ppl! PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! I contacted them numerous times only to not speak to anyone but Lakiesha and get the run around from her. Legal action and a report to the BBB shall be done by week's end. I'm sure I'll receive some auto generated message but please don't. Call or email me"

"Do not live at properties managed by these people. When you move out they’ll give you a move out statement saying they’ll give you your deposit back but then won’t actually give you your deposit back. Moved out late August and been dealing with these people ever since to get them to send me my security deposit but they won’t."

"Im giving 1 stars because the service that i received from the office manager at the new Georgian apartments in dalton was horrible, she was absolutely rude. They want to charge me for a month that I was not living there and the apartments are roach and rat infested, they also never fix anything no matter how many times you call them. No one ever return calls or messages."

"** UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I have been calling and emailing every available phone number and email address that I can find for you for nearly a month… Please do not pretend this has anything to do with my lack of communication with your team… Your copy and paste response leaves a lot to be desired… We had yet another negative experience at 6am today involving our smoke alarms going off, the fire department and finding out that all of our windows were painted or screwed shut… why don’t YOU call me for once. You will find the local office has all of my information. Have a “stellar” day. ** While my husband has posted a full review, I have more photos of the conditions inside our apartment at 131 Wall Street in Warner Robins (soon to be Cambridge Apartments). You can clearly see mold coming from every vent. You can see our personal belongings covered in mold (our speakers, the cup holder inserts from our couch.) You can also see the “repairs” that were done, two involving a large amount of tape. Look at the mold and termite damage that is behind the drywall that was replaced… then look at the mold coming back through the repair. It was sanded and painted over just like that. (The blue/orange/red light is one of our air purifiers telling us the air quality inside our apartment was poor.) I will say I have a level of sympathy for the new owners, as most of these issues they inherited… it would just be really nice if they had the same level of sympathy for us. I had a lung removed last year and they don’t seem to mind us living with verified black mold in our apartment… or blaming us for all the things that were clearly issues before we ever arrived. Read the lease. Read the lease. Read the lease. Not only does it say they aren’t responsible for ANYTHING… it even claims you’re responsible for your lease after you die… they don’t care about you AT ALL. Do not move here."
