"I toured these apartments twice, both with Tracey who let me tell you, is AMAZING. I toured SO many apartment complexes and most wanted you to have an appointment in order to tour, Tracey was welcoming and didn't have an issue showing us the property with out an appointment. She answered all questions and made the move in process SEAMLESS. I am so happy that I came back to check this place out and that Tracey was able to help us find our new home. "I’ve tried to tour this property twice on back to back weekends. The first weekend, I came in at 4:10 p.m. and waited over 35 minutes to eventually be greeted by staff. I was told it was too late to tour due to not having an appointment and it being close to closing time. I made an appointment for the following weekend. When I arrived, the lights were off inside the office. Staff came out of the office room and told me that she called my phone 5-10 minutes prior to my arrival to inform me that the office was closed. I was running late to my appointment and never received a phone call."

"Nice apartment complex. Feels like a nice quiet neighborhood, they take very good care of the grounds, parking lot and exteriors of the buildings. Had a couple small issues the month or so after moving in but the front office resolved them quickly and efficiently. I can solidly recommend Anderson. See Nelly if she is available, she is a great asset to the community and so personable."

"Lived here from 2019 to 2021 and it was an overall wonderful experience. Staff was always very nice, the bathrooms were crazy big for an apartment, and we never had issues with our cars being broken into. That being said, make sure you don't leave anything valuable to be seen through the windows. My only real complaint was about the gate. The top gate NEVER worked right. Many nights, it was just left wide open. 2 years later, I hope it is in working order. We would stay here again if needed."

"Anderson at Clairmont is an amazing place to live. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have not only helped me but also friends and family to find a fun, safe, and comfortable place to live just 10-15 minutes north of midtown. Michelle provided us with all of the information we needed and guided us to a smooth and successful application and move in process. She was proactive in meeting our needs and knowledgeable about the property. What stood out the most when touring the 100s of apartments in the area was her professionalism and reliability. We are happy to move here and very happy with the process ."
