"I’d been emailing and calling this property management for weeks now no reply no answer finally was able to speak with someone today and was quoted $4000.00 upfront 3 x’s rent for a Town House 992 Hickory Bend Rd College Park, GA 30349 . $1000 monthly rent seems fair enough but $3000.00 for a deposit. Why are they making you pay 3 months rent as the deposit amount. With the amount of lack of follow up on my rental inquiries for the property just made me feel uneasy like if Itd be the same way if I rented an had an issue with the property arise. No wonder this property continues to show as available. So disheartening that the property management would treat renters that way"

"I had the worst experience ever with these people, they took forever to fix things, Funmi is rude along with his team. They cost me money while in the property. I had a really bad plumbing issue that he kept faulting me for causing my water bill to be extremely high and he ignored every problem that happened in the property. Beware of property located at 2425 Brianna Dr unless you got money and patience."

"My wife and I are looking for a place to rent and decided to check out the reviews on different management companies first before reaching out to them as a potential renter. Thank you guys for taking the time in giving these reviews. These reviews help perspective renters out tremendously in making a decision on who to rent from. Since we started reading reviews on the different management companies we've read some horror stories from now Findo, MainStreet Renewal, Sylvan Homes and others. I thought Findo realty would be different and held my breath before reading the reviews but I see it's still the same ole story like the other management companies. I think we'll play it safe to look for a private owner to rent from, or go look to rent from an apartment or apartment townhouse until we decide to buy our own home. Thank you guys we really appreciate you. Unfortunately for you your horror stories was a big help to us in deciding what we need to do."

"I contacted this company and inquired about two homes. I went to view them and advised them of the one I liked. Andrea informed me it was still available, and I can apply. On Tuesday 9/11/18 My roommate and I did two separate applications for $50 each. I then emailed Andrea after each application was complete with our paystubs and then called to let her know. I allowed a few days to go by before contacting. I then called on Friday 9/14/18 checking on the status. Andrea advised me she will know something by Monday. Here it is Wednesday 9/19/18 and I have not heard anything. As I search the property this morning, I see that it has been rented. The problem here is my time and money is being disregarded. I fully understand how this process goes. But I do deserve to be out reached with the status. Rather approved, denied or someone else application went through before mines. I am so disappointed in your service Andrea! Even more disappointed in Findo Realty for allowing the employees to be so insensitive towards home searchers!"
