"We are a corporate housing provider. Angie at AMLI Ponce Park is the BEST! We had a guest who couldn’t get into the building on Wednesday night, and she went out of her way to help. She went looking for him and even did a video to help us get him in. I wanted to mention that Angie really has been amazing to work with and this was just “extra” on her part. Your property is always one of our favorites and team members like this are a big reason why. Again, thank you!!!"

"I was a resident at Amli Ponce Park, but I moved a few months ago. As soon as I moved, I regretted the decision. The leasing office is so nice and accommodating. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Angie is super sweet and you can tell she loves to help. The building is always so clean. They even go as far as spraying the parking garage! My maintenance requests were always handled very quick. They have a package room that keeps your things safe. The residents are nice and respectful. They have events all the time with free food, drinks, etc. Not to mention the location is the best! It’s a very active community, but also feels like home. You can walk to literally everything and there’s always events in the park. Best apartment ever. I will be back."

"Pros: The building is well run and front office is responsive. Repairs are addressed quickly. Building is maintained well. Location is convenient. Cons: Location is not as desirable as before. Noise is coming from all directions now, the festivals at the park, outdoor shows at ponce city market, North Avenue traffic/racing. Many tenants recently left because of massive increases in rents, upwards of 20%. While this may be close to other excessive increases in the area, it's unethical, and many buildings are now seeing lower occupancy because of overly greedy increases in rent. AMLI was unwilling to work with long-term tenants on rent renewal increases."
