"This apartment complex is really something else. I moved in 9/11/2023 and my washer and dryer broke a week later. After MONTHS I spoke with the property manager ON 12/22/2023 who confirmed my unit was on site and would be installed 12/26…it is now 1/26/2024 and I still have no new unit!!! And now the PM no longer works here. The maintenance staff (4 adult men)is lazy, the leasing staff is lazy and there are hidden fees everywhere. My rent is $1220 on paper, after the initial fees including cable rebill the application rent showed $1328…I am paying over $1400/mo because of their extra EXTRA fees. Including trash removal from the property. THERE IS NO VALET. How are you charging residents $30/month to have trash removed from the property and don’t even offer valet. We have to drag our trash to the front of the complex where the gate entrance is no matter how far back our unit is. It’s ridiculous and GREEDY. I hate Greystar and this complex. "If I could give them no stars I would. If you are willing to risk getting scammed then this is the place to come to. In their agreement it says you have 48 hours to get a refund for the admin fee. I was well within that 48 hours. But all they do is give you the runaround saying that they will give your information to the leasing office so that you can get your money back. Well it's been at least two to three weeks now since that has happened I've called multiple times and no refund has been put into my account. I love how they want their money up front but when it's time for them to pay you they take two to three weeks or never to pay you back. Money doesn't grow on trees. Don't waste your time with this place."
"Recurring Fees:** I have noticed an unexplained increase in fees on a monthly basis. Transparency and communication about these charges are crucial for tenants. $1613 is a whole scam expected to pay after 2 month stay can go to $2000 they will add $80 sewers rebill, $25 water ,$60 cable, and electric rebill up to $12 Admin fee $7 trash $25 package $15 etc will go on. A/c Didnt work for 6 month yet we were paying $85 for gas on top this you have your own bills Wi-Fi, electric, gas. I have requested to send maintenance to fix our door its been a year they Didn’t.a safety hazard. Water lack expected once in every two month. Roach every time even tho we never cook. I don't stay even home most on the time. If you smart and check review before you move in. Please consider this. Manager doesn't even like to talk to people. She hold hands on her waist Dont even ask you to sit at her office talk to you properly. She would tell “ahuu” with a why are you here please go face. tenants are are there target so they can take all the security deposit and fees after that they don't care. **Maintenance Issues:** Despite reporting maintenance concerns, they remain unaddressed. impact the quality of living in my apartment. I urge you to prioritize and expedite the necessary repairs to ensure a habitable environment for all residents. . Security Concern - Unfixed Doors The security of our apartments is compromised due to doors that are frequently left open. This poses a safety risk to all residents. Urgent attention is needed to address this security issue and ensure the safety of the community. This apartment can do better by creating a new management that has a positive attitude towards there tenants and fixed rent fees instead of adding it up. This is why it's so easy to rent here. They don't care! You can get accepted just like that."
"This place has horrible renovations. The bathroom shower was not painted with waterproof paint and quickly peeled exposing rust throughout the entire shower. The shower drain wasn't even screwed in. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were put together with two-sided sticky tape. They towed our car despite it being registered with the property which ruptured the undercarriage for the car and made it immobile, with no compensation. Their refrigerator broke down and it took over 2 weeks to replace, while my newborn needed my breastmilk to be stored. Then they replaced the refrigerator with a roach infested one that still could not be used as it wasn't sanitary. We had a 14 month lease and maintenance never actioned the first requests submitted in month 1, as they continued to mark the work as complete despite this no one ever coming to fix it. The pipes and walls had no true insulation, so you smell your neighbors stale marijuanna reeking through your home to expose your family to it and stink your clothes while going to work. They offered us an upgrade due to on-time payments over 7 months and stomaching all their maintenance issues in time for my birthday, then reneged on their offer with no reason. They front load costs for bad cable agreements they made despite you not using cable. Then, suddenly charged us ~$5,000 to move out once our lease is complete with a $2k "EON" and a $1.5K "Re-letting" fee. The manager of the property is so rude and non-compassionate that residents moved out in waves. Now it appears they are scamming people through inflated move-out charges to not run into bankruptcy, then they immediately disconnect your payment portal to prevent you from disproving their fraudulent fees. Wish I could give them zero stars. This is by far the worse rental nightmare that I never imagined would be possible."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE - If I could give this place a zero rating I would! In the beginning, everything was a breeze and Alex, the manager got back to us quickly with everything, so the move-in process was pretty smooth. We toured the model unit for the Dane Elite and that's what sold us. Fast forward to receiving our apartment, I went to tour it 2 days before our move-in date and it was in TERRIBLE condition. The cabinets looked as if they were coming down from the walls, the windows were extremely dirty with mud and dead insects, the inside of the kitchen drawers were very dirty and unkept, the paint job everywhere was horrible, the bathrooms were very dirty and had dead roaches in the showers and spider webs, the edges of the bathroom mirror were not secured to the actual glass at all, the sprinkler system (in case of fire) was not secure in the ceiling, and there was mold right outside the door of our apartment. I told the manager, Alex, about this and she assured me that it would all be fixed by our move-in date which was less than 48 hours away. So fast forward to our move-in date, we went to look at our unit one last time before signing the lease and the same issues I saw on Wednesday were still there! In addition, there were people still trying to clean and paint last minute when we arrived to move in on the day of! We were so upset and decided not to move in at all. We told the manager Alex and her response was "Okay, that's fine! Just send me an email and I'll take care of things on my end." She showed no sympathy at all and did not apologize for wasting our time!! I do want to point out though that our leasing agent, Keisha, helped my girlfriend and me through the move-in process. She was very kind and we appreciate everything she did for us."
