"I need to leave a video! It's Sunday December 3rd,I've been living here since September, today I went to check my mail and what I found was horrifying! A federal offense, all the mail boxes are hanging open, mail everywhere, residents private personal stuff ,including mine,I don't even have mail in my box! This is a police matter ! I really want answers to why mailbox has been broken into"

"This is a very nice community, but the people they have managing this property are slum lords. This apartment complex needs PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS because the apartments can actually be very nice, if they RENOVATE them and replace old appliances with new ones, toilets, and hot water heaters should NOT be outdated, and a PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE should be hired. I PRAY for everyone having issues with this property because the TENANTS should be managements FIRST PRIORITY. I PRAY GOD'S BLESSINGS and FAVOR UPON EVERYONE RENTING FROM THIS PROPERTY!"

"I went to for a tour. The front office area is nice it seemed quiet. But the apartment I was shown was super outdated with stain carpet, floors looked super dingy and kitchen had old appliances that needed to be cleaned. I wasn't expecting much for the 999 price but for the area way overpriced. You can tell they had water damage in that apartment. It's absolutely nothing like their website apartment that show a modern Apartment with great lighting. The guy that took me on the tour was nice but seemed embarrassed when i was honest that it was outdated and tiny.the look screamed early 80s wood paneling inside."

"We currently live here, maintenance breaks more stuff trying to fix one thing, and it takes several days for maintenance to come fix what they broke. I'm having to plunger my sink, and empty the stock pot I have to keep under my sink to catch water from my broken garbage disposal they fixed. I put in a work order and nothing. Also both of us are highly allergic to bees and wasps, we asked they address the issue on the porch. Nothing. When our lease is up we are moving. My advice to a future renter, look elsewhere, you'll be happier."
