"I have been living here 4 years now. Initially, I loved my apartment and the grounds were always maintained. Two years ago, the property started to go downhill. My apartment has mold and instead of fixing it, they painted over it. A snake entered my home. The paint they use is cheap and peels. I have had an ant infestation. When it rains, it pours in my home through the windows. The trash is always overflowing with rats. I have been hearing gunshots at night. There have been a lot of car break-ins and the gate is always broken. I went into the office to give my notice to vacate In December. I was told by Toya that I only needed to give a 30 day notice, so I came back yesterday, January 24, 2024. Gloria tells me that she will not honor a 30 day notice and that I am expected to pay until March 24, 2024. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The best thing about this community is the maintenance staff."
