Park at Mt. Zion Apartments

"I applied to these apartments back in August and was told they are second chance but that’s not true at all I paid $238.95 for the administrative fee and application fee I was told if you get denied you get your $200 back I called almost everyday after a couple of weeks to get my money but never got my money back seems like a scam if you are not going to refund the administrative fee then why lie to people I see some people get it back and some just don’t so I’m going to have to see what the next steps are because the business doesn’t care to rectify the situation with me but I am seeking my money back as I was promised and will not let this go. By the way before you say you don’t know me my name is Vanessa. The number they give you no one will ever answer also it’s now been going on 7 months still no admin fee refunded they just keep telling me we sent it then a week or two goes by I call again and we start the entire process over again I thank god I didn’t get approved I was protected from the extreme incompetence I’m going to take this to small claims court I can no longer deal with this horrible company."

"Please be aware that even though these apartments have income restrictions,they will take your $200 deposit and then DENY you based on your credit score. If you are going to use a person's credit score then you need to tell them BEFORE they give you $200 that will take WEEKS to get back. I am not a scammer, just someone trying to put a roof over mine and my granddaughters heads, I work but was out of work for a few months due to surgery and health issues. I expected more understanding and sympathy from a supposed agency that appears to want to help people get back on their feet. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. Edited to add that it's been over a month and I still have not received my $200 back nor is anyone responding to my voice-mail or emails. I am going to look into reporting them."

"I've been to the office as well as talked to the maintenance guys about a situation that occurred in my apartment. NO ONE HAS YET TO COME LOOK IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS NOW AND COUNTING. My hallway bathroom over flooded with mud and sand and still NO ONE HAS COME. I've been here for a year and I see what others were and are saying about this complex. They said that we're not allowed to leave trash by our doors but there's 1 neighbor that they allow her to leave her trash 3 and 4 days if longer."

"Lots of mold busted pipes beware management changes often. And it's a health risk staying here. But they were fair in assisting me with move in costs at a new place."

"Current (Updated ⭐️⭐️⭐️) I don’t know what management did but the noise and garbages has left the unit, I’ve had a month of peace so I’ve decided to give an update. I added 2 stars for the improvements on noise and cleanliness level. Previously ( One ⭐️) Property? Let’s talk about garbage from kids who don’t even reside in the unit….I cannot make this up. Noise, Neighbors are very inconsiderate when it comes to noise levels kids are out from 10 AM to 8 PM then adults from then till four to 5 o’clock in the morning. I spoke to management and the noise decreased for a few days, thanks to them…. however, it’s back to square one. I don’t know what’s so nice about my window and why not only kids but adults love it so much there. 4am in the morning there’s a fight right in front my window as if the kids playing there all day wasn’t enough…very frustrating. There is only one maintenance guys and he’s the one taking garbage also. Pest infestation, still have not been addressed. In conclusion, it is an embarrassment to invite people over, you don’t get peace and quiet and the luxury of cleanliness is out the picture."
