"I went in just to look at a unit and to see what is needed to be a resident! He was very rude like I was bothering him. He did not want to help. I asked to look at a unit and proceed to ask me my story. I told him that I was looking for a new beginning. Ultimately, he told me that “it’s a strong no”. We will not lease to you!!! Without getting anything from me. He would not let me try!!"

"We first moved in a week before Christmas last year. Everything was great, friendly staff and neighbors. The weekend of July 4th, my apartment had absolutely no air. Of course there was no response until they were back in the office in regards to an emergency maintenance order. It is now the day AFTER Christmas; and the same issue has happened again. I have been calling since Saturday Morning about an emergency maintenance request, contacted GA Power who did their best to help, but let me know that it was an issue with my unit itself and would have to be fixed by the complex. My house is reading at 30 degrees Fahrenheit; and I have 2 children who live here with me as well. There’s no sense of urgency whatsoever, and don’t let you miss a payment because they DEFINITELY won’t take you seriously. I’ve been calling all morning, absolutely no response. There are plenty of other issues with this complex but this takes the cake."

"I love this apartment complex. The manager Khalid is pretty cool. Office staff are nice. I have been here for 6 months and no issues from the office. Maintenance comes the next day after you put in your work order and fix everything properly! My unit is an upgraded unit as well! When I moved in I had new floors new carpet and padding new toilets and all! Appliances work great! Only negative is the children that is outside from the evening until the morning but above all of that it is a great community."
