"I would encourage everyone to be educated on the Georgia Landlord Tenant Laws. Especially concerning the return of your security deposit. Within three days of you moving out they have to provide you a list of any damages and give you the opportunity to dispute the damages. They also can't charge you for normal wear and tear. After pointing this out, the money unlawfully withheld from my deposit was returned. The community is beautiful with great amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the year I was there but I give them one star because landlord's should know the laws and do better by their tenants."
