"New Managment- Vic has turned over new Managment as of October 1st 2022. Faith is unprofessional, unqualified, and has lied MULTIPLE times. I don’t know if she’s just a leasing agent or she is a property manager- either way, she’s trash. Have the city of Atlnata come pick her up when they do their monthly pick up… Since the new Managment has taken over recently, there have been a MYRIAD of issue. Trash around the dumpster has completely overflowed, “valet trash” is never picked up, “late charges” incurred DAYS before rent was due, and there are cheap fixes to the multiple pot holes in the parking area. Glass was reported and Managment did NOTHING about it. I had a flat in 2 of my tires and it was shrugged off by Managment. There are cockroaches galore inside- due to Managment cutting corners on pest control. This is just a tip of the iceberg when it comes to issues with the new Managment team. Please do NOT move in here."

"I love my apartment at Vic at Buckhead. It doesn’t feel like an apartment but a modern home; especially with the large deck right outside my back door. Andrea the apt. manager is a very attentive, down to earth person with a wonderful personality. If you come and see the apartments you won’t regret it. You will love them."

"First of all, sorry for my english. It is not my native langage. Good points about Vic At Buckhead are the size of rooms and neighbours are very nice. Vic at Buckhead is very multicultural and it is appreciable. Rent is cheap as I did not pay the first month of rent I am very unhappy regarding my stay at Vic at Buckhead. When I arrived here in August 2018, nothing was really ready. No hot water nor gas. Vic at Buckhead doesn't advertise very well when it comes to utilities. You end up by paying more than you think My stay here was very noisy as isolation is almost inexistant. Quality of windows are almost a joke. It's really noisy as you are next to a main road. You can hear your neighbours life as isolation of sound is very bad. Finally, I'd like to point the fact that if you leave before the end of lease, Vic at Buckhead doesn't allow you to get your security deposit back. You need to have a "personal agreement" with the next person that's taking the lease. Vic at Buckhead's policies are very strict and make it hard for you to leave the apartment before end of your lease. I almost forgot to mention cockroaches. They are everywhere here at Vic at Buckhead. Overall, if you're goal is to live in Buckhead for cheap and without caring about your environment, this is the place for you. If not, run away."
