"I have lived here since 2020, and there are so many good things I could say about Meridian Buckhead. Walter, Antonio, Nia and the rest of the concierge team are amazing and attentive; Walter, the concierge manager, is the best in Atlanta. He goes out of his way to keep things running smoothly and create a friendly and safe environment. The HOA is also very strong; Kevin and Dusty in the management office go above and beyond to handle day-to-day issues and keep residents up to date on what’s going on in the building. They both maintain such positive attitudes and take the time to stop and acknowledge every resident, no matter how busy they are in the moment. The grounds and amenities are also beautiful, and the incredible cleaning and maintenance staff works hard to keep the building looking pristine. Marta and countless other stores, shops and restaurants are well within walking distance. Overall, Meridian Buckhead is peaceful and quiet, and the residents in general are very pleasant. I am so grateful to call Meridian Buckhead home!"

"Closed on our unit in January of 2021..... After an extensive search of upscale condo buildings in Buckhead we chose the Meridian Buckhead because of its excellent reputation, location and management staff. Kevin Assari, Manager and buiilding Assistant Manager Dusty are some of the best in the business. Walter, Concierge Supervsior, along with Antonio and the concierge staff are a superb team, dedicated to excellence in client service. The maintenance personnel/ cleaning staff make the building operate efficiently and retain its beauty as one of the most desirable condo buildings in Buckhead. We are so pleased with our purchase in the Meridian Buckhead, the "iJewel" of Buckhead. In closing I just had the opportunity to zoom participate in the April 2022, condo board meeting. So impressed with the our Condo Board President and board members, and building management. Merdien Buckhead is in good han ds with these outstanding individuals representing our building. Thanks for all you do in making the Meridian Buckhead a wonderful place to live!!!"

"So impressed with Meridian Buckhead. The staff and management are very professional and efficient. The residents are friendly. Honestly, I am not sure why there are so many comments about rentals, as COA rules prevent parties and noise. I can't tell renters from owners. The property is well maintained and well appointed. The amenities are some of the best. And, location, location, location! Walk to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Kroger, and many restaurants. Hop on the Marta for a quick ride to the airport!"
