The Huntley 1000 Park Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30326

"I love the Huntley and the amenities that are available for the residents. The apartments are luxurious with high-end materials and finishes used. The staff is super friendly. I am giving 2 stars because WHATEVER YOU DO, do NOT lease one of the units on floor 1. The attraction is you get this huge, beautiful balcony that is much larger than the other floors, with a fireplace. However, be prepared for other residents to constantly throw cigarette butts and animal feces (yep, that's right) on your balcony from above. I moved in here in May and have been picking up animal feces and cigarette butts nearly every day. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have pictures on pictures of evidence and I also have a newborn baby, who is not able to be outside with me to enjoy the space because I'm worried a cigarette butt, or fecal matter, will fly down on his head. Thomas the property manager has done what he can and what's in his control and been very helpful. However, his boss Melanie hasn't done a damn thing. There's a free month of rent advertised right now, which I didn't have available in May, and Melanie both denied any concession for me, nor has done a damn thing about this situation. I am fed up. This is absolutely disgusting and I'm tired of picking up after disrespectful residents who have no care or concern to litter on my balcony. In speaking with other residents, this is happening to all level 1 balconies. It's super gross and I do not pay skyhigh rent to put my baby or myself in this environment. STEER CLEAR!"

"I have been a resident of The Huntley since 2018, one of the first residents to move in after construction. The building architecture is condominium quality, the views are stunning ( I live on penthouse level facing west) the amenities are first class (chandeliers in the gym) along with a beautiful sky lounge with panoramic views of Atlanta. The building is very accessible from all parts of Atlanta, and parking is gated and secure. I could go on and on… New management has recently taken over and have taken this place to a new level. Thomas Coffee has done an amazing job of taking over and making some necessary improvements, his staff is professional and dynamic , maintenance crew led by Richie , Erica who is in charge of grounds , all are amazing ! "Hi I moved from Miami to Atlanta dealt with several properties and I haven’t gotten the customer care like I did at the Huntley . Thomas the property manager got up Immediately when he saw us at the lobby walking in without an appointment and was super nice took us into his office and showed us all the amenities and what Huntley is all about took us on the full tour and explained everything to us . I was so impressed that I had to sign up at that moment . I recommend anyone who’s moving to Atlanta to go check the Huntley and ask for Thomas I moved in today and Thomas personally took Me up and did the walk through .
