"I use to work here and was racially discriminated against and fired after being threatened of my safety by Kerry she got in my face and acted like she was going to hit me after locking me in the front area of the office, I was told how much she hates Indians such as myself and my ancestors were wiped out because her ancestors needed land. So you all do all people like her to work for your company."

"I have lived here since 2020 and I have had a great experience. The staff, from the administration to maintenance, are really nice and take care of any need that I have. Having the gym on hand has helped me reach my health and fitness goals. And it’s in a nice area. Can’t complain!"

"This apartment complex staff is not accommodating! I applied before was approved , got a offer letter and a hour later was told I needed a co -signer. I applied 9 months later only to get approved again but was getting error message when submitting documentation and instead of offering ways to assist I got a email that my application would simply be canceled. I’m now taking it personal and feeling discriminated against. This is hurtful and sucks"

"Now that I have lived here for about 6 months I can give my honest review of the property itself. While I still think the staff here is amazing, this is not the experience that I was hoping to have when I moved here. Parking: as a resident I have been booted twice since living here. The first time was a mistake by the booting company and they gave me a gift card. The second time the license plate was off by a digit and Kerry was able to get them to remove it without a fee Noise: the walls are paper thin. I’m currently dealing with a resident living above me that allows her child to run around the apartment with no regard for her neighbors. Unfortunately, nothing is being done about it. I’ve contacted corporate(they don’t respond) I’ve contacted management. They claim they are doing something about it but I doubt it since the behavior of the upstairs neighbor hasn’t changed. I’m currently listening to the kid running around now which prompted me to write this review. Packages: your packages will get stolen so make sure you use the delivery service that is an extra fee. USPS doesn’t use the package lockers they just place your stuff on the floor in the parking garage. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. There’s nothing luxury about it. I hate that I prematurely referred people to this place. The only good thing is the spacious apartments and the location. Other than that it has not been a good experience living here."

"I want to give a huge shout out to the entire Kingsboro team. Maritta has been simply amazing. Extraordinary customer service!! Very patient, knowledgeable, professional, understanding, empathetic and even has a great sense of humor. Kerry is professional, warm welcoming, compassionate and very polite. The maintenance team has been superb. Any issues I’ve had thus far, the response time frame has been magnificent and they get things done. Thank you to the entire team. The hallways are always clean, I don’t see trash all over the place and I love being able to feel secure with my vehicle being parked in the garage. Thank you all again."
