"I visited this property to do a tour for a friend and was extremely pleased with the condition of the property; the buildings, amenities & the actual ground(there was no trash anywhere). This property is so clean!! Janet is the agent that took me on my tour & even though the tour wasn’t for me she made me feel right at home. She gave me all the information my friend needed plus answered all my personal questions. Janet was pleasant, funny, knowledgeable about the property & EXTREMELY PATIENT!!! (I had a lot of questions) meeting her actually makes me also want to move to this property when it’s my time. Thank you so much Janet!!"

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and I have only nice things to say. Nice community tucked away near the airport and great staff. The standout person and the one that makes it a home is Ms. Janet in the front office. She was helpful with any matters I’ve had with the leasing office (always smiling) and maintenance staff are prompt and attentive to any and all needs. This is a well kept community I’d recommend to anyone."

"My experience at this place wasn't all bad, but it wasn't all good neither! I've been a resident at this place for 2 years (May 2021). 1. Lets start off with being AWARE of Ms. Janet. She is such a sour patch. First she's sweet, then she's sour! Just RUDE! Dont let that fake smile and hospitality fool you. Since ive been living there, there has been multiple of different property managers almost every time you come into the office. There's always a new face. I cant keep up with who is who at this point. They NEVER answer the phone! My first year staying there, i had issues with 2 tenants that were in my building all over a handicap parking space. THAT I HAD A STICKER FOR! They were writing all kinds of nasty/ mean notes and would put them on my car windshield. I address the leasing office about it (specifically janet) so that they could be aware and there was nothing done about the situation. 2. Let's talk about the RENT INCREASE & EXTRA FEES! RIDICULOUS!!!!! I initially moved into these apartments because they were affordable at the time. After renewing my lease twice, the rent increased dramatically! Not to mention, the washer & dryer is NOT included in the rent. Every month it's a major difference in my balance due. I also had an issue with them charging a $200 trash bag fee for sitting outside my door. For my first "offense", without any warning is CRAZY to me! That was my last straw with these apartments. I knew then, I needed to leave! 3.The pool was never opened! 4.Maintenance took their time getting things fixed. 5. Dumpster stayed overflowed (got a little better over time) 6. If you stay on the first floor, prepare for all kinds of creatures. (They could do better with pest control since its included in the rent anyway) The Good 1. Overall the apartment itself, was nice. 2. Spacious living room, dining and bedroom. 3.**BONUS my unit came with an office desk area. 4. Close proximity to Hartsfield-jackson airport To each its own, i just want bring awareness to this "luxury" apartment homes."

"This apartment is anything but luxury. The pool is used for viewing purposes only and to attract people to the property. The leasing manager made a big deal out of putting bikes on actual bike racks and wouldn't let us put it on the balcony. Janet threatened to illegally inspect the apartment when a complaint had to be made to corporate for them to actually replace the faulty fridge instead of giving a used one. The repair men only know how to patch things not actually fix. My car was broken into 4 times. Mail stolen. Gate broken. The water charges were outrageous often resulting in over $100 for water/sewer due to a leak that was never fixed. Black mold to the point where I kept getting sick. RUN!!!!!!!!"
