"The place has terrible management, maintenance requests aren’t completed in a timely manner and the entry gate is ALWAYS broken. There has been 3 homocides within a year of me living there. The tenants do not care about their community, you will more than likely see trash throughout the parking lot and definitely piled up by the trash compactor. I DO NOT recommend living here and the price is too high, RUN AWAY swiftly"

"So I normally don’t do this, but I have too. 1) yesterday I called to inquire about the 2bdr and the male who picked up the phone said the only sizes available for a 2bdr is 1000-1019ft. Which is fine but I go only to look at the unit and it shows online that all sizes are available. I called back and asked about it and he said I was right. Which gives , he basically didn’t want to do his job and look up the information I asking for. As he had a tone with me each time I called. Strike 1! 2) Today, I went to view the apartment, lovely and beautiful apartment AT FIRST GLANCE ! The “ renovated “ units are just painted over cabinets …….. Again beautiful ! Also, I was told the model unit doesn’t look like the actual unit …….. so what does the actual unit look like ? Apparently they are unsure and don’t have any pictures to show . Strike 2 ! 3) As I walked into the unit , I was greeted by a big ahh roach IN THE MODEL UNIT ………. When I brought it to the lady’s attention her response was , where ? I don’t see any roach . I continued to walk to the unit . She stated again that she didn’t see no roach. Ma’am the apartment is fully grey …… you see that big ugly brown roach chilling in your units corner. Strike 3 . Now it would’ve been different if her response was, “ oh, I apologize. I’ll get someone to take of that.” …… accepting accountability inside of acting like you don’t see it . The problem Wasn’t the roach it was acting as if you don’t see it , which let’s me know how yall will be when time comes for me to get something fixed in my unit and I was ready to apply today ! But strike 3 did it for me ! To have been searching for a new home for months and to think you’ve found a new place to stay and to be disappointed upon the day of planning to apply . Now I have to start my search all over again and I’m irritated!"

"THIEVES. I moved out in September and they didn’t prorate my fees or rent so I had to pay the entire months rent. I was told they would subtract all of the final fees and I would receive a refund of whatever is left. Upon move out, I NEVER received a final bill and on my payment ledger it stated that I would have a refund of over $300. I moved out over a month ago and the leasing manager told I was “waiting for nothing” because I’m “not getting anything” She tried to tell me I owed the exact amount that was being refunded because she did not want to understand what a refund looks like on a payment ledger. I was told the regional office would be reaching out to get me to stop calling but I will be leaving this exact review everyday until I receive my refund from these THIEVES."

"I give this place 0 Stars… I moved in August 15 and it was stuff wrong with my apartment. I asked to be switch to another apartment but the rental office is just terrible. they dont never answer the phone they are never in the office. Maintenance still havent came. The bottom of my refrigerator is missing, its mold in my apartment, my freezer doesnt close all the way the ceiling in the apartment has yellow spots as if the last tenant were smoking cigarettes in the house. in the bathroom the draws are broke with black and nasty stuff in it as if noone cleaned the apartment before i moved in. When I applied they told me that it takes 2 weeks to get the apartment together. This apartment is a mess. I will not be paying my next month rent until they fix it. Ive been asking for them to fix this since I first moved in. This is ridiculous. This needs to be fixed or switch me to another apartment"
