"I don't live here. Went to visit a friend. Small complex. Small apartment for a 2 bedroom. My friend literally can't have a dresser because her queen bed takes up most of the room. There is basically no outdoor lighting. At night you can't see past your porch light and that was even dark. I felt safe in the apartment and that's only because we all carry. There are no amenities. I don't even think there is a leasing office on site. You want to see where your money is going besides high rent. I can fit her 2 bedroom inside of my 2 bedroom and still have space. The kicker is she pays more."

"I scheduled a tour for 10am today. I went to their location in Atlanta like we discussed just to find out their leasing office is in forest park. I don’t understand why they even have a leasing office far from the complex like tha. That is not smart. And then it’s so misleading because when I went to the complex in Atlanta they had a little sign saying the leasing off was in building A6 in Atlanta. I went down to building A6 and it was a residents home. Yes a stranger answered the door to where the sign said the leasing office is. And that stranger had to tell me to go to forest park. I don’t understand why the leasing office didn’t tell me about all that. I’m so angry and frustrated but it don’t matter how I feel. Then I tried to call them literally 13 times with no answer I called the same number i did when scheduled my “tour”."

"the ladies who run the office is unprofessional the owner fines you for every little thing if you especially if you do not get their permission for birthday parties or to bbq outside your unit. The property has no cameras and the Asian lady who cleans the unit reports everything to the office. I would not recommend living on this property. They are over priced with little installation in each unit. I can hear everything that goes on in someone else's apartment. Unprofessional and money hungry. No management on the property, no laundry facility, no playground, no office to report issues, no security. They over charge for rent and the deposit based on how they feel. They have sewer issues and will blame the issue on the tenant to make you pay for something they has nothing to do with your unit. I would rather stay in my car then continue to live at this location."
