"I don’t understand why they make you put rental insurance on a property without you even being approved or denied for …and I’ve been being very nice due to the fact my kids and I really need this apartment because we are from home to home. It’s stressful being a single mom , having to work and deal with your own issues all at once. Just to call a place for them to huff and puff because you keep calling seeing what’s going on asking common questions. The lady who answers never know what’s going on, and the dude gave me full blown attitude yesterday because I asked why don’t they tell you about trash removal being $100 and pest control being $3 which brings rent to $1053.HE GOES “WELL FIRST OF ALL RENT IS $950”. I didn’t give any attitude back because I didn’t want to get denied…he’s been very rude to me and again I’m going through my own personal issues in life it’s really uncalled for. On my application I put my ssn number but made a mistake and put it as a “ITNI” he told me to go correct. Which there is no way to do so . I got so tired of calling today I had my friend call and she said the same thing “he’s very rude”. I’m to the point I just don’t even want to do the process anymore and just take my money as a loss, and go somewhere else. First impression means alot to me and what both employees gave me was a horrible experience. UPDATE RODE BY ITS A NOOOOOOOOOOO DONT WASTE YOUR $50"

"The worst ever customer service possible.Do not apply at all. They deny and take your money when you are not even approved. I was trying to see of my application and what caused me to be denied the male representative got an attitude with me . They are rude and he had me on hold for 20 minutes after lying to me ."

"I paid the $50 application fee. I was then sent an email to purchase renters insurance before I could sign the lease. I called multiple times to try to set up a tour so I can see what I’ll be moving into but got no response. I decided to take a trip to the complex once I got off work with my children and upon arrival, it just looked like something out of a horror film. It looked abandoned. Wires hanging, windows busted, building falling down... It was depressing just visiting that place, I would hate to have to live there smh If they was charging $1 with everything included, I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE!"

"This is just ridiculous. Code enforcement need to shut them down. Not anything work. Rat and Roach infested. Mold no heat no air no hot water light fixtures have wires hanging everywhere burned out units entire buildings are abandoned it’s just too much to tell.. Maintenance..... are crackheads... sad.... and their collecting $800-$975 a month from people"

"What ever you do, DON'T even think about coming here! The staff is UNETHICAL! There is MOLD and leakage from the air conditioning unit (both they will not fix) I personally asked them if we could transfer to a town house, they let me see it, I told them I wanted it and then they turned around gave it to someone else after we have been faithful to them. Even paying fees that we were NOT supposed to pay. They told us that we did not have to pay a water bill and it turns out we did. ALSO, they refuse to do anything about the disruptive neighbors upstairs. We are working people and need to be able to sleep at night like normal people, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER! NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU MAY BE DO NOT COME HERE! We came because it was close to the train station for work."
