"This review is solely for the customer service and support I’ve received from the management team, leasing team, and maintenance at Gables Vinings Village. Alexis was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable as she helped my mom tour the property while I was out of state. When I came back she made sure I was happy with the unit before signing my lease and although she was going on vacation during my process, she still made sure I was all good and everything was clear to me the entire way through. Fatima is the GOAT of the leasing team. When I moved in she helped my moving crew while I was on the road, made sure I was set up on my moving date and she continues to go above and beyond when I need help with anything at all. She is solutions driven and prioritizes residents needs. There isn’t anything I go to her with that she doesn’t have a solution for! Giving these 2 the flowers they deserve! Thank you both for being so helpful and quick to jump to action. The maintenance team is also top tier at Gables. The maintenance lead is a woman (who I’ve sadly forgotten her name) but she packs a punch with her knowledge, friendliness and attentiveness. Thanks to all at Gables Vinings!"

"Earlier this week , I had the opportunity to take a tour of Gables Vinings Village. The place is just magnificent; the leasing staff were warm and welcoming. I am very excited about this place, as visual person as I am , I am particularly impressed with the contemporary floor plans of the different apartments. The amenities of the apartment complex are spectacular. I just enjoyed my tour, the leasing assistant, Fatima really took her time to give as an extended tour of the different features of the facility,. She gave us a very well organized tour; she is personable , friendly and very professional. Overall we had a very pleasant experience."

"New Tenant Alert! I had my eyes on a few different nice apartments, but after taking a walk through Gables with Alexis, there was no doubt about my final choice. The application process wasn't as seamless as my previous renting experiences, but Alexis made herself available to assist me with all my questions and concerns (which I had a lot of), so major kudos to her. When Alexis wasn't present, Jason and Uniq were helpful as well. Jimena from maintenance was also very accommodating with ensuring that my unit was 100% move in ready. Now that I have fully moved in, the vibe and assistance from the staff is still the same. I am loving it so far. I will leave another follow up review in the next quarter. :-)"
