"Never in the office never answer the phone I came to these apartments straight off the plane so I can rent a unit and that was a month ago I am out front of the “leasing off rn” and no one is even here not even maintenance team.. Forest park needs better apartments and staff for them this is ridiculous if you do not have opens it’s nothing to answer a phone just say that of take your listings down because this complex is trash as I can tell now"

"The apartments are so expensive its $800 or more for a two bedroom. You don't even have your own mailbox. All mail goes to the rent office. It's so inconvenient that you have to pay your rent somewhere else for the apartments you live in. The worst thing is the renewal of the application omg!! If you don't have internet you're messed up. Then you have a deadline on the renewal. It's not good for seniors . Don't waste your time trying to call the office. The owner of the property is whoever where ever. They can never be found. I heard they just recently fired the property manager. Thank goodness she was awful. Hopefully things will get better over there. They need big changes on making things more convenient for the residents. That's why people move all the time other than all of the things I said before. Rent too high for those apartments that don't offer anything but a roof over your head with too many problems."
