IF YOU'RE BARBEQUING THIS EASTER DAY IN THE BACK, BE CAREFUL OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. I PRAY THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET WILDLIFE TREATMENT FOR THE ISSUE. "I had a really nice experience...the staff that I met was pleasant and helpful...the property had a rustic look and felt very homely....the manager was informative...had an opportunity to meet and ask the maintenance manager whom had very specific instructions and answers for my questions.....the office really nice and had just been remodeled in house...thumbs on on the remod...needless to say I was impressed by staff and property..."
"I have to come here and give my appreciation. Nikki is the sweetest most understanding property manager I ever met. Price wise these are the most suitable apartments in fayetteville sure they're not the Ritz carlton, but as for a quiet neighborhood they are top notch. And the maintenance team is incredible!! They handle issues so fast. Thank you swanbrook team. P.s. seen the other reviews and some of y'all are smoking crack lol please move so we can live in peace"
"Might not look the best but there is no crime and they have the cheapest cost to living! If your on a budget then go see Nichol Henry the property manager! She is nicest apartment property manager i have ever met! I'm not saying because we share last names! We are not of relation but honestly she understood my stress of finding a good place for my grandmother who refused to live in a retirement community. This was perfect for her budget and unfortunately she died before she was about to move in."
