"After making this 1 star review on my experience . Although the staff sounds polite over the phone the rental applications process is poor. I specifically called in on application process prior to putting application in . I verified rental requirements 3 times rent , rental history, application processing time, etc. applied twice website had issues so I applied again 8/7, was explained applications are processed Mon and Friday, move ins are 1, 15 of month. I explained my living circumstances that if moved out my home and was in a hotel paying daily rate until a new property could be obtained. Was told an email would be sent to have my application to be one of the 1st to be reviewed for processing, then was quoted 3-5 days for application processing . It is currently 8/21 no application approval or denial has been received. When I called I was explained it's a lot off application initially when I inquired after putting in the application I was given the amount off applicants on property which would be able to be counted on a few fingers. Which wasn't a lot specifically the reason I applied. 8/7 is a Monday 8/11 is a Friday 8/14 is Monday 8/18 is a Friday and no progressionor notification on application process. I make 3 times the rent, two employers , on the one job over 4 years the other just a couple months shy of a year, rental history, check stub supplied and credit history 657, over the required guidelines. The fee is not refundable as it's for processing the app, mine hasn't been processed and I'm subject to non refundable policies that did not allow me the opportunity to be processed as quoted in the 1st place. This is bad customer service applications should be processed at least in the week received clients should receive notice that this is being processed. Some clients have extraordinary life circumstances and time is of the essence. Not even the owner if this establishment would be enthusiastic about paying for services in good faith but not have service rendered in good faith. I've been reached out by the staff of Farish Reality. I was scenerly apologized to & given detailed explanation as to what had been transpiring to cause such delays and clearly explained the application process in detail by Ms Sherri. Since my application has been able to be processed , allowing my family to move into my new residence. Sherri was very willing to assist and help my family have a positive turn around . Sherri was very professional and heartfelt during our meeting for the lease signing. Her willingness and work ethic shows she really enjoys her job . That she truly cares about the clients she work with. She is an absolute asset to Farish Realty and definitely would recommend others to this company. I also would like to thank Trista for the due diligence in the additional follow up with me to confirm that my family concerns had been resolved."

"I haven’t rented in about 4 years so I was surprised to see that Farish required $75 application fee plus bank statements, pay stubs etc before being able to see the. Fine, no problem. Received the code 2 days later. Checked out the home and the next day received an email that stated not approved but with no reason why. I checked out the rental report and didn’t see any rental evictions, poor payment history etc. just a bit asinine to pay $75 bucks up front just to see something and then no call or real person giving feedback. Seems like a racket and I’m sure they’re racking up!!!"

"Please beware if you plan on renting a house from Farish Realty. They let us rent our current house when it was not even ready. 90% of the windows did not close all the way. The outlets in the home could not hold plugs, doors wouldn't close and the list goes on! We had to wait MONTHS to finally get them to send someone to fix all the issues. Currently there is MOLD in the home and we have been waiting 2 weeks for them to only tell us AGAIN that we need to wait for one of their vendors to reach out to us. They do this everytime! They are the worst! please be aware and go with a different company!"
