"Tashi the leasing specialist has the best customer service I’ve ever seen! She was very reliable and helpful! Every question me or my wife had she had an answer. We were initially placed in a unit and we wanted a swap, she was very attentive to our needs and found a solution almost immediately. I’d recommend anyone looking for a place to call home come to the Park at Galaway and ask for Tashi !"

"The customer service tone and patience needs some improvement, I’m all for a joke or 2 but keep it professional at all times. With that said I spoke with a leasing agent she was kinda of brushing me off a bit and a bit rude, lucky I’m from NY I did take much offense.Unfortunately they DO NOT take offer letters for employment verification,which kinda sucks I was ready to move in immediately.(btw I’m relocating from New Jersey)Even though I’m current unemployed for 3 months, I still make 3x of what is asked. My credit came back good but I guess it wasn’t meant to be…"

"I saw the reviews previously and was hesitant to consider this place but, the reviews improved so I decided to give it a chance. I was definitely surprised at how nice the community looked. The person who gave me the tour did a great job. Usually only see the model unit but he knew a unit had been finished so he let me see one that was exactly like the one I was applying for. I was pleased with what I saw, the pricing was right within my budget. Raymond Carter did a great job answering all my emails and requests in a timely fashion and everything I requested he made happen. This overall was a great process. I just moved and I am please. I pray this continues to be the experience."

"So it’s been 1 month since I have move here and I absolutely love it new cabinets, carpet, flooring tile the master bedroom is big with a big walk-in shower my kids room is big as well I put 2 full size bed in 1 room but my daughter room is small she have a full size bed as well the kitchen and living room is big its peace full and quiet through out the day I’m glad I did decide to give these townhomes a try the process did not take long I was trying to move by the 1st of September Mrs, Andrews got me in by the 29 of August she is very nice she explained Everything to me when she see me she still ask is everything going good with my new place thank you Sojane Andrews for everything you have done"
