"The reviews on AirBnB are quite different from the reviews here on Google. I think the reviews here are more accurate. The good: -James was very responsive to messages during the booking process and our stay. -The neighborhood was quiet. -There are some good restaurants nearby (The Breakfast Boys). The bad: -There was an electrical wire (hot, neutral, and ground) protruding from behind a wall outlet. -There was a strong marijuana smell in the home during the entire stay. -The shower curtain is not long enough, so water leaks out and soaks the bathroom floor. -The home is much darker than the pictures portrait. Overall: The property itself was sufficient to sleep and study without my family. I did not cook there, so I cannot speak to anything about the kitchen. The linens were very thin, but they did the job. I would probably stay in a hotel next time as opposed to staying in this home again, especially if I had my family with me."

"There is nothing luxurious about this place. It's false advertising & not worth even a quarter of the money they'll ask you ro spend. The owner is also very shady & refuses to resolve any of the massive issues with this property. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"The place would have been amazing had it been cleaned properly when there is a cleaning fee, you assume the villa was cleaned properly. This was not the case. None of the TV's worked in bedrooms. Underneath the beds was debris and dusts. The real kicker was on the last day finding an open condom wrapper in the back of a drawer I placed brand new undergarments in. Mind you we were in town for a Christian women's conference. Quite dissatisfied and disappointed for the price we spent."
