"I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends and family. My two daughters were looking for a place to rent and had two bad experiences here. Compass Property Management is the company you'll deal with, and you'll never see anyone face to face. First, they booked a viewing of an apartment, re-arranged their schedules to make it, etc. and then the entry code wouldn't work. This was last Sunday, when my daughter called on Monday they were very rude and said that the apartment was no longer available, (so they scheduled a viewing with us, rented the apartment to someone else & then didn't notify us). Secondly, my daughters decided to keep trying, made a viewing for a second apartment, applied immediately, paid the $75 application fee, and was told the next day that the apartment was unavailable. Not that they had been "declined" but that the apartment had already been rented to someone else. This would be like if you paid for a $75 pair of sneakers at a store, and then they took them from you and said they were already purchased by another customer and then refused to refund your $75. Insane. I'm counting this as kind of a blessing though, and as a warning sign to avoid Compass Property Management in the future."
