"The property manager there, Miss Marisa, is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know her tenants, and cares for them. She knows everyone’s names! She is firm but fair, and that is exactly what you need in a manager over a building this size! She is always willing to help and is very active in the community. She’s a super woman! Always busy and hard working. She’s a wonderful person who truly understands the “Hand up, not a hand out” and for that I will forever be appreciative. Someone give this lady a raise!!!!! She works her tail off and still has time to teach Sunday school too."

"The new Ownership along with the Marvelous Ms. Marissa, our awesome Maintenance Man and the Lil Ladies who clean up have done amazing!! They have worked and continue to work hard to keep this a family safe, affordable, and friendly place to stay for an extended about of time. Back in August, this place was awful and scary after dark- but not now. I can hardly wait to see what y'all do with the place. Great job"

"Police maintain law and order there that is very good. Looks like people help one-another which is always good. Management are very unhelpful when trying to do a welfare check on sick people or accompanying you as a relative to make sure they are ok!; their policy they can't bother or let you know whether the person is still there or not."

"I gave it 5 cause the new owner is really nice but strict. He likes for the rooms to stay clean and decluttered which is reasonable. The office lady is very sweet and genuine. There is always someone sweeping the lot every morning. The prices are also great. The residents here are okay... I just recommend staying to yourself as much as possible."
