"DO NOT MOVE HERE! They came and changed the sprinklers and have left these apartment units with a big whole. They have yet to address coming to fix this whole. This is absolutely ridiculous. All the gates don’t work anymore either."

"Nice apartment but , only rent due on the first of the month and no grace period the second day you have to pay a later $600.00 . And the rent isn’t reasonable. So I am going to try some other option"

"Nice place when we started out which wasn’t long ago but all these units smell like cigarette due to people smoking in the units. I had high hopes for this place but honestly I can’t wait for my lease to be up. Oh and you can forget maintenance fixing your work orders, it’s either they take forever which results into them not doing it. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates to enter and exit are always broken and the gate to enter hasn’t been fixed for about two months, soon to be 3. Pros though, the hallways are always clean."

"The apartments are very spacious. My reason for 3 stars is cleaning, fixing things before I did my walk through and the gate has not worked since I moved in (October 23) Who moves to a gated apartment to the gate never working. The staff is nice but you have to stay on top of things."

"These people never answer the phone. They never in the office either. I’m so sick and tired of apartment complexes. They have yet to even come fix a sink they were supposed to fix upon move in. This apartment is no better than my last one."
