"Anyone searching for an apartment should look elsewhere. I've had constant problems with this place since moving in. There's never enough parking and people are constantly parking in front of garages, in handicap spaces, no parking zones, etc. the ceilings are paper thin and at times it seems that your neighbors are gonna come right thru the ceiling. They constantly have something broken or not working either with the gates, water lines, mailboxes, etc. Each tenant pays for pest service yet, the job that is done is very minimal and I promise you, you'll have a significant bug problem. Today, My account was charged twice for rent payment, for a total of around $3400 and then they had the nerve to charge an additional $35 because the total amount wasn't available in my account. Seriously? I'd look elsewhere around Newnan for a place to live"

"Terrible place to live we weren’t there for 2 week and we got a email saying we got several complaints, they terminated our lease when we call the cops on someone trespassing in our apartment, maintenance never came to fixed anything. There was water bugs everywhere. And to top it off there was $100 of hidden fees, they use 3rd party to pay your rent that you have to pay $7 subscription fee to and plus $60 a month to the 3rd party just to pay your rent. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PRESTON MILLS TO ANYONE!!"

"Ms. Emily and everyone in the office were AMAZING! I went to take a tour and the place is absolutely beautiful. The complex and the apartment were so beautiful. The big patio, pool. Playground. Everything was beautiful. The staff were so nice and did great with customer service side."

"Living at Preston Mill has always been a pleasure! They always give us the ability to voice our concerns and have the upmost professionalism and respect for their tenants. For example, our air went out the other night.. I put in an emergency maintenance requests at midnight and they were out the next morning to fix the issue!!!! I lived here years ago and never had any issues with the property or the staff. They really do take care of their tenants and I can truly say I absolutely LOVE living here!!!!"
